Aspire Fertility – The Woodlands

After struggling to find success with previous fertility doctors, making the decision to switch to Aspire HFI was the best decision we could have made. From day one, Dr. Yeh and every single staff member we encountered at every Aspire location were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They always took the time to answer our questions, responded quickly whenever we needed them, and truly made us feel supported throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared about us, not just as patients, but as people. Fertility treatments can be overwhelming, but the entire Aspire team made us feel heard, encouraged, and never alone. We were incredibly blessed to have success after our very first IUI, and we will always be grateful to Dr. Yeh and the amazing team at Aspire HFI for helping make our dream come true. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic that combines expertise with genuine compassion, I cannot recommend Aspire HFI enough.

I walked in and stood at the front counter for 3–5 minutes, but the front desk associate never acknowledged my presence. More customers soon arrived and were also completely ignored. Eventually, all of us ended up sitting in the lobby, waiting for any kind of assistance or direction. This company clearly lacks basic communication and customer service skills. It’s not a good fit for busy working professionals who value time.

This is a business. I'm sure there are some that have had good experiences. They dont care about your vit d or a or any other levels. They dont CARE. Literally we PAY them for this. There is negligence. Stay away. I had dr steward as a doctor. Believe me they know what they are doing. They are experienced but hey, everyone's gotta make money. They waste your time, dont fix the underlying problem. There is a reason a person is unable to have kids sometimes its inflammation or lack of vitamins. They dont even check that. Patients know their bodies. Doctors think they know better but they're just trying to make their money off of your desperation. Its an old tactic. They dont fix the problem. They just keep acting like one size fits all. I was anemic and lacked in vit d and a. They didnt care. I am going to retry this process but never at this clinic or CORPORATION..make your millions and get out of this business (doctors) because they are barely helping clients.

Yesterday I had a fertility testing appointment( Willowbrook) and it was genuinely such a pleasant experience—I was surprised in the best way. I came in really nervous, but the front desk staff member was so kind and welcoming right away. Kelly (NP) was just as lovely—she made me feel heard, took her time, educated me clearly, and listened thoroughly without rushing. The ultrasound tech was also wonderful and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall: A++ experience. Highly recommend.

After many years of planning, I finally began my IVF journey. I went into it feeling nervous, scared, worried, and overwhelmed, but also incredibly excited. A few years ago, I had hoped to start IVF but was unable due to life circumstances. At that time, my experience with the staff was not pleasant; however, they have since made significant and positive changes. It was truly a roller coaster of emotions, and I am beyond blessed to say that I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kalakota. She truly listened to me and my concerns, and she was always kind, patient, and reassuring. I honestly could not have asked for a better doctor to guide me through this journey. Thank you Dr. Kalakota! The entire staff was just as wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses, financial coordinator, and nurse practitioner, everyone was supportive and compassionate every step of the way. A special thank you to Yadira, Jasmine, June, Karen, and Julie for their care and kindness. I am so grateful to this entire team for making such an emotional journey a positive and unforgettable experience.
