Reviews
My husband and I have been working with Dr. Yeh for years and trust him and his judgement completely. He answers every question, gives examples and explanations in detail, and is a fantastic doctor. We are glad to share this difficult journey with someone like him on our side.
Dr. Abdullah is an amazing doctor who helped us achieve our dream of building a family. He truly listens to our concerns and takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we feel informed and reassured every step of the way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients, and his compassionate approach made all the difference in our journey. We are incredibly grateful for his support and dedication, and we highly recommend Dr. Abdullah to anyone seeking exceptional care.”
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the team at Aspire. Dr. Abdallah is an exceptional physician whose expertise and professionalism made all the difference. He took the time to explain every detail and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The nursing staff, particularly Veronica and Roxann, were equally amazing. Their professionalism and warmth provided a comforting atmosphere, and their support was invaluable. They were always available to offer assistance. The clinic itself reflects their high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. I always felt comfortable and safe during my visits. I highly recommend Aspire to anyone seeking fertility treatment.
Would not recommend. I have a lot of respect for my ObGYN but this recommendation was plain bad! I have attended two appointments, both times I had to wait 45 min. They do not communicate or give you options. They do not review your labs with you. They ask you go undergo surgery and go against your religious beliefs and dont even talk to you. You can only communicate with them via a portal. No one is helpful. I am seeking another clinic. Very disappointing experience.
Pros: 1. Dr. Clapp and Dr. Mazen Abdallah are both knowledgeable. I got great results with the treatment plan. Their professional opinions deserve to be recognized. 2. Office operation is VERY efficient. 3. Nurses and staff respond quickly. They prefer using the patient portal more than the phone calls (This is an advantage if you prefer text over phone calls) for questions. For appointments, phone calls are faster. 4. Price list of patient responsibilities is very clear. 5. Day of procedure was efficient, on-time, and pre-op communications were very clear. Cons and what I learned from my experience with their services: 1. Do not expect patient emotional care, you have to be prepared that you are paying for the medical service only and expect little real human connections to help you feel like a patient who needs help. Please start searching for your own support groups and therapists at least several months before proceeding with the treatment. This is a very emotionally heavy journey in which there was zero heads-up given during the consultation until I actually went through it myself. You will need someone other than your partner to hear you and validate your feelings, especially when your hormone levels will be 15 times higher than normal. 2. You will need to do self needle injections for at least 10-12 days and you will have to self-learn how to do it via recoded videos instead of live demo. You will be charged if you need a nurse doing it for you each time (around $100 each time for 2023). 3. You will need to read lots of instructions on your own during the treatment period, verbal communications will be minimal. Be prepared that you will need to get on Youtube videos or WebMD to answer your own questions during the evenings. 4. After procedure care with phone follow ups are basically only happening the day after the procedure. Be sure that you communicate with your OBGYN very closely before, during, and after the treatment, and be sure to have Aspire HFI to transfer all the medical records to OBGYN. To keep peace in mind, expect that this place is ultimately a business, not an actual healthcare place for helping patients recover and continue to be healthy, such that patient healthcare after the agreed service is almost none. They will keep you healthy enough for the operations. As for recovery health and well-being, please reach out to OBGYN and dietitian. Overall, for medical services, I recommend this facility. If you can be emotionless to deal with the treatment and treat yourself just like a robot and get things done, this is an amazing place to go. But if you self-identify that you are a normal human being with emotions, be sure that you take time (as much as 2x more than the expected treatment period) in advance to create your own IVF treatment support group to get your emotional needs met.
