Your directness with my results, combined with your willingness to take the time to answer all my questions with such warmth, made all the difference. Your team is equally outstanding. Thank you to Jacqueline for always greeting me with a warm smile, and to Hannah for her comforting conversations that kept me calm during examinations. I am also incredibly grateful to nurses Lauren and Morgan for consistently answering my follow-up questions with patience and expertise. Thank you all for your unwavering support and hospitality. You truly are an amazing team!

I cannot put into enough words the level of professionalism, love, and care I received from this office. From the very beginning, Ms. Jacqueline at the front desk was always such a pleasant and welcoming face whenever I arrived and as I was leaving. Brenda, the medical assistant, was incredibly patient and kind, even with my mountain of questions throughout the process. And I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Bruno — she is honestly the BEST in Houston. I am forever grateful to this office for helping guide and support us through this journey of growing our family. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for us!

SGF has a great team at the Memorial city office. They are all very well organized, very caring, and I would recommend them to anyone. Jacqueline in the front office is very welcoming and kind. She has such a sweet soul. Brenda was the medical assistant and really sweet as well. My blood pressure always seemed to be higher than usual but only at their office. So I would call her later in the day or next morning to give her my new stats and she would accept it. Hannah, was our sonographer, and she was honest about what she would see. I really appreciated that, even if it wasn't great news. Maria was our phlebotomist on most occasions, and my experience was always painless and quick. Lauren and Morgan were my nurses, they were easy to work with. They would call with clear instructions and would answer any questions I had. They were to quick to reply on the portal which made the experience easy for us.

Wow where do I even start this Journey my husband and I have experienced with Dr. Bruno and the whole staff has been the most incredible and loving. Dr. Bruno and her staff truly care for you they are so patient, understanding and encouraging. I am so happy that I finally got to graduate and have my bundle of joy this year! I am so happy and also so sad to leave this beautiful office that always made me feel so welcomed. I want to thank Jacqueline for always greeting me with such a big smile and always making me feel seen💗 the best front desk ever! For Chelsea always available to answer any questions or concerns. Brenda for always being happy and giving me positive energy ! Maria thank you honestly first person to never hurt me with bloodwork 💗and for the nurses Lauren and Morgan for the amazing work you do always and being patient Hannah you are awesome ! With that being said I wish I could stay with you all for my entire pregnancy! Will always recommend and always love SGF 💕 thank you for making me feel like a big family and not just another patient.

I have had such a positive experience with Dr. Bruno and her staff. They care so deeply about your journey and they go through it with you. Dr. Bruno is so patient and understanding when I voice my fears and concerns. She gave me options and solutions when we hit any snag. She would call just to check on me and make sure I was doing ok all around. This journey takes a lot mentally and physically. Jacqueline at the front desk is the funniest and most amazing person. She called me once to make sure I was ok because I was running late and laughed so hard because I answered as I was walking in. (We connected that day 😜) She also immediately got a nurse for me when I told her how much anxiety I was having about the progesterone shot I was having to give myself so that they can walk me through it. I am now over my needle phobia lol! Hannah is one of the best. She held me while I cried at my appointment after we lost our little girl and prayed so hard for our next one. She would talk me through all the sonograms and explain things so I could understand what was going on inside my body. She would distract me with questions and stories and make me laugh. Lauren was the nurse that called me for all of my results and would patiently answer every question (even though I probably asked a few multiple times). She would then email me more details to make sure I understood and I greatly appreciated that. Maria has such a soft touch that I barely felt it when I had to give blood. Chelsea is so quick to send over any information you need. She would be so detailed in her notes that I barely had follow up questions. Brenda is also the sweetest. She would make sure I was 100% before I left and would run and ask dr bruno any questions I had forgotten to ask while I was in the room. The amount of excitement when we all found out we are pregnant felt like my family was there celebrating with me. I 100% would encourage anyone who's struggling to conceive to go to Dr. Bruno and her staff.
