There’s not a rating for a Zero for the staffing. Dr. Smith is great, but the staff is terrible. You can never get a hold of them, they hardly answer the lines, and they are very rude at the front desk. You try to speak to another department such as the medical assistance and Nurse manger they never answer. I feel bad for my daughter because she really likes the doctor but I can never get a hold of them. Very disappointing, and very unfair to the patient.

If I could give a zero I would!! 1st this place is incredibly hard to get a hold of, and 2nd when they do finally answer after 3 weeks of trying to call them, they answer and hang up. I NEVER leave a review but this is completely unacceptable! I was only trying to go here because that’s what my doctor recommended and it’s where she sent my referral! I tried 1 for appt, 2 for scheduling and 4 for the office manager. No one ever answers and mailboxes aren’t setup so you can’t leave a voicemail!

Currently 32 weeks into my first pregnancy. I’ve had a positive experience here so far. Every appointment has been smooth with very little waiting time and I’ve had a great relationship with my doctors. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I can only speak from my own experience. I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received. I’ve never encountered any rudeness from the staff or doctors. I recommend Theresa Smith. She’s calm, kind, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. I’ve also seen Dr. L a few times while Dr. Smith has been on maternity leave, and she has been great too….funny, personable, and very good at making me feel comfortable.

I wanted a OB/GYN close to my home. Therefore, ignored bad reviews and gave it a chance. Big regret. They just want to get paid. Not impressed with Dr. Smith's bedside manner during my First pregnancy 😐. Felt like I wasn't being heard or taken seriously, especially when discussing my graveyard shift work with gestational diabetes and anemia diagnoses. Instead of empathy, she'd compare her own pregnancy experience, saying she didn't take time off and I should be able to handle it. That didn't exactly help me feel supported. Needed documentation for work accommodations, but that was a struggle too. Left every appointment feeling frustrated and tearful 😢. Not what I needed during a high-risk pregnancy. I have a new Ob and wow, what a difference accommodating was not a problem at all. Glad I left. Don’t recommend Dr Smith.

I love Dr Claudia Suarez, she is kind and caring. I’m sorry Dr Suarez after so many years I’ve decided to go elsewhere. Your staff is impossible, I think you should know they are rude and short …. That’s when they even answer the phone! So THREE times I’ve called to schedule my annual, there is never available appointments and can’t even schedule months out because “THE CALENDAR IS NOT UP” what the heck is that all about. I will give them an A for consistency… cause it’s always the same excuse with the calendar. I’ve never heard of calendar issues before with Dr’s appointments but whatever …. I’ve tried and I’m not going to play with my health and forgo my annual over a rude staff unwilling to help. I wish these people would go into another kind of business where they don’t deal with the public. Sad
