Trying to make an appointment for two weeks calling every day any time of the day, no answer, they “not even had the voicemail setup yet “ I have to call my primary dr to refer me to another gynecologist. BAD service

Front desk started out rude, waited 20mins after my appointment time before I was even called to the back. Waited in that room for another 40+ minutes. There was no one else in the waiting room! Why was I ignored so badly? No one came in to tell me what was going on or why the doctor was so delayed. When I finally got tired of waiting for over 1 hour, I walked out because my kids had to be picked up from school 45 mins away which is why I made the appointment so early in the afternoon. I have other obligations! As I walked out I noticed that ALL of the other patient rooms were empty. 30 minutes after I left I got a call asking if I had left. This call came in almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, are you serious?! When I explained to her why I'd left she seemed unconcerned as if this was a regular occurrence, normal. Her excuse was that "the doctor was running behind and has a lot of other patients". When I said I understand but those patients had their own scheduled appointment times just like me, right? All she could say was "I'm sorry about that ma'am". Go back and read the beginning of my review..."a lot of other patients?" Where?! The place was empty, exam room doors open and everything. And it still doesn't excuse that no one bothered to come into the room to let me know that the doctor would be running 10, 20, 40 minutes behind and if I'd still be ok to wait? I work in healthcare. PEOPLE IN HEALTHCARE NEED TO START TREATING PATIENTS LIKE THEY WOULD WANT THEIR LOVED ONES TO BE TREATED. Don't support this clinic, change your referral to somewhere else.

I saw Dr. Gutierrez end of February beginning of march which I was suppose to be scheduled for a procedure. I still haven’t heard anything, till today I called and they tell me oh you haven’t met your deductible. If you want to feel unseen or not cared for this is your place. If you want someone caring don’t go here. I even explained I have been calling and I can’t get ahold of someone or unable to leave a voicemail. The scheduler for surgery oh yeah that’s a glitch of the system we don’t have voicemails. Mind you she did tell me when I called mid march I will call you back by 3:00 pm. Nope nothing happened.

Dr. Suarez took care of me and my baby almost 3 years ago. I could not be more grateful and happy with her care. During her visits she would explain in detail how the baby was developing, didn't have to wait that long in the waiting room to see her. Staff was nice and attentive and facility is clean and organized. I felt safe with her care. Highly recommend.👍🏻
