Reviews
I really should have looked at these reviews before ever coming to this practice. They should be ashamed of themselves for marketing themselves as a clinic who helps women with infertility when this entire practice is a scam wanting your money without providing adequate care. I came to this office on the recommendation of my OB for fertility information due to multiple miscarriages. While in the beginning, they were very responsive, the moment I indicated that I didn't want to explore IVF or IUI and, instead, explore labs and treatments to discover the real problem with my infertility, I could notice a huge shift in attitude and patient care. First, this practice filed my spouses information incorrectly so that his test results were delayed to my OB. Second, the CMA in the office gave me medical advice indicating my HCG was coming down from a miscarriage when instead, I was pregnant. Third, this clinic withheld my medical documentation from me for THREE MONTHS, and did not release/discuss the results with me. When I asked whether Dr. Patel would ever call me regarding the results to explain it to me, the CMA stated "no", that the results would only be discussed at a follow up ultrasound appointment. In what world is this substandard care even allowed??? At a woman's most vulnerable and confusing stage in life, you'd hope for empathy, communication, care, and responsiveness. This took such a huge mental and emotional toll on me. I'm sure if I wanted IVF or IUI treatments (read: $$$$ to their practice), I may have been treated differently. But it seems like based on the reviews, even those poor women get treated poorly. Please look elsewhere for the sake of your sanity.
I am so grateful for the care and support of Dr. Patel, Katie and Marci over the year I went through IVF at this clinic. They were kind, caring and empathetic. They did what they could to save me time and emotional turmoil during a stressful process. The clinic is well organized and I was able to maintain three IVF cycles while maintaining a demanding job, thanks to their flexible monitoring hours. Dr Patel was always willing to discuss new options for me when things were unsuccessful and was creative while backing all recommendations with data. Thank you!
Consistent communication challenges across all locations (Dallas Perot, Baylor, Plano). I have now had two separate scheduled appointments where I arrived and the office was closed, without any notice or prior communication. Throughout this IVF process, I’ve also experienced delayed responses and unclear instructions. Because communication and support are critical during fertility treatment, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
At first, the management/billing team did not pull through regarding scheduling and returning messages in a timely manner. I was frustrated and asked to speak to Dr. Patel directly ASAP. Dr. Patel did call me right away on a Saturday to discuss the situation. Moving forward, everything was smooth. The nurses I saw daily were incredibly kind and available for my many questions. In general, this process requires extra time/patience due to insurance and scheduling needs and may not be hand-holding
I’m sitting here with my miracle baby, full of gratitude for Dr. Patel. At 46.5 years old, I gave birth to my son using my own eggs—something many doctors told me was impossible. But Dr. Patel believed in my body’s potential, even when the statistics were against me. He is smart, kind, straightforward, thoughtful, and patient. From the very beginning, he said: “The statistics say this, but let’s see how your body reacts to the medicine.” He was honest about the difficulty of the process but never discouraged me. And he was right—it was tough, but it was absolutely worth it. When I was 44.8 and 45.2, under Dr. Patel’s care, I made several PGTA-normal embryos—something other fertility doctors said wouldn’t happen. Many pushed me to use donor eggs or adopt, but Dr. Patel gave me a chance. I only wish I had met him at the beginning of my fertility journey; it would have spared me so much time, heartache, and frustration. I am forever grateful to Dr. Patel and his incredible staff. They listened to me, matched my energy, and supported me every step of the way—from treatment through pregnancy. Because of them, I have my miracle.
