Dallas IVF – McKinney

So my best friend went through Dallas ivf with her firstborn and I wasn’t available at the time to come with her to her appointments. She’s now 8 weeks and 6 days pregnant with her second baby and we weren’t able to hear the heartbeat?? That’s so crazy to me as I’ve had 3 children myself, not thru ivf (which costs thousands of dollars) and I was able to hear all my children’s heartbeats at 8 weeks along. When we asked about hearing the heartbeat we were shut down very quickly and told that they’ve never done that here and she’s been here for 10 years. The woman doing the sonogram seems like she doesn’t care for her job and lacks empathy. However, my best friends doctor is amazing and explains everything in detail and puts us both at ease!

Dr. Havemann and her team were phenomenal and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to support on conceiving. We’re so happy that we got to work with her team. We have nothing but great things to say about Dallas IVF Mckinney.

Dr.Havemann and her team are absolutely amazing! While going through treatments and this entire process, Dr.Havemann was very supportive and caring.She listened to me and helped me get through this difficult time in my life. Had the best experience with Dr. Havemann and her team! Everyone was great from checkin, MAs, ultrasound techs, and her nurse Rachel. They went a long way in making me feel welcome. Rachel was great at getting back to me almost always same day if I had any questions/issues throughout the process. One day at 4:45pm I was still having issues getting my trigger shot through my usual pharmacy I was supposed to take that night. Called frantically and she got it sent in to somewhere else right away so I could get it for that night. Dr. Havemann is fantastic - very clear, comforting, and instilled confidence throughout the process. Would recommend them to everyone to help with building your family!

This office staff was so kind and caring, organized and thorough. Dr Havemann made our experience incredible! She is gifted in her communication and how she explained every step to us, walked us through so that we understood every detail of how and what was happening. I would highly recommend her. Excellent care when going through such a stressful season.
