Ovation Fertility – Franklin Andrology Lab

My PGT results were supposed to come back by 11/1/23. I have called the phone numbers provided over 20 times in the past 3 days and have not been able to get through to anyone that can tell me what is going on with my results. I received an email yesterday saying my results weren’t ready with no explanation of why or new timeframe of expected results. This is unacceptable. This is the worst experience I have had with a lab thus far and considering I paid $3000 for this testing, i find it deplorable that you treat patients in this manner. You would think with the amount charged that you’re able to staff appropriately to provide results in a timely manner and at the very least someone to answer the phone and provide updates. Very disappointed and wish I had known to go with a different lab instead. Will definitely refuse to have anything sent there in the future.
