I had an exceptional, caring, and personalized experience at RMA with Dr. Miranian over the last 7 months! I highly recommend working with RMA and seeking care from Dr. Miranian if you are able. My husband and I came as patients feeling heartbroken and frustrated with recurrent losses and Dr. Miranian and the rest of the team listened to us and treated us with the utmost empathy and consideration. He took time to get to know us, educate us, and really understand our situation. I feel extremely confident in the care he provided us, and he was always there to listen, explain, or ideate with us - all while being both realistic and warm. While some times in our journey have been really challenging, every single interaction with the team at RMA - whether it's Dr. Miranian, or one of the other REs there that day (Danielle, Lange, Guttman, etc.), nurses Annette or Brooke, or Abby (phlebotomist) - have given us the best possible experience. We are now pregnant and graduated to OB care and while we are happy we are moving forward, we will miss the team!!!

I will forever be grateful for RMA Philly! Dr. Lange and Heather, my nurse, was more than helpful. Dr. Lange was efficient from the beginning. I came to RMA with concerns about conceiving because my cycles were so irregular, even though my husband and I hadn’t been trying that long. I was concerned she would make me wait 1 year since everything online says to not seek help until you’ve been trying for a specific time. To my surprise, Dr. Lange was very proactive and we grabbed blood work immediately and found out I had hypothyroidism! I was then started on synthroid. After my levels normalized, we started the process. Thankfully, I was able to get pregnant after 1 cycle with letrozole and ovidrel. Heather was the star of the show though!! She communicated all results with me and answered every question I had. The team was so supportive and great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to conceive!

Dr Gutmann took great care of us through the whole process. Very straight forward and honest. We appreciated the personalized care she gave us and will always be grateful to her and RMA. We had a great experience with the financial team, as well as with the nurses and our designated coordinator, TiQueen. After two years of trying with different clinics, and no luck, we arrived at RMA and now our dream of being parents has started and in November we will get to meet our little one.

Loved my experience with RMA! They handled my transfer from embryos from another clinic with care. I was fortunate to have my first transfer work, so huge shout out to Dr. Gutmann for the magic she did with my transfer protocol. Taylor was my nurse and she was awesome! So kind, supportive and responsive to all of my anxious questions. 100% would recommend!

I scheduled a first-time medical consultation and decided to cancel it on time after reading a comment from the doctor that made me uncomfortable, combined with other negative experiences I’ve had at this country. The concept of patient service here practically doesn’t exist: there is a lack of professionalism, the empathy feels fake, and it seems like they only care about getting paid rather than listening to or helping patients. I canceled within the allowed time, and I am still receiving daily messages and emails demanding payment for a consultation that never took place. I find this extremely disrespectful and it only confirms the negative impression I already had. I hope they improve their customer service and their processes, because situations like this only create distrust among patients.
