Dr. Luzzo was wonderful to work with. She explained everything thoroughly. The nurses were extremely helpful in providing guidance and sympathy when we were struggling. The Providence office has a new location that has everything and it’s so convenient. And if I was traveling during a cycle within New England, I was able to get labs and ultrasound scheduled at another satellite location. So happy to say this office made us parents

What an amazing fertility center. I am so grateful for my care received from the staff in the Providence office through my very long fertility journey. Dr. Luzzo is truly amazing and the staff truly care. I started my fertility journey at Women and Infants fertility and it was not the right fit, I quickly shifted gears and transferred to BIVF where I was met with empathy, compassion and an overall great experience. As with any fertility journey you are going to face challenges of the unknown, the inevitable “waiting game”, and the rollercoaster of emotions that come with the ups and downs, but trust in your team that they will navigate you through it all!

The medical team is great. That being said the billing department needs to be investigated by the OIG and CFPB. Twice in as many years my wife and I have been blindsided by threats of collections on dormant accounts with Boston IVF that we never received any communications or statements about. The first time they admitted the bills were invalid and rescinded them in full. Now I'm dealing with the same problem for another date of service all over again. The amount of time I've had to waste defending falsified debt from Boston IVF is shocking. Be forewarned if you choose them as your provider. Wish we hadn't.

3.5 stars. Ok, here is the thing- no one wants to be using a fertility clinic, ya know? Whether you are there due to infertility, or (like my wife and I) because sperm isn't part of the hand life dealt you, having to go through IVF isn't what I would wish on anyone. So the negatives- communication between departments is....rough. After speaking with many others going through IVF, it appears that this is unfortunately common with this process. There are just SO MANY moving parts. We have been trying for an egg retrieval since August, and our first one was this month. Some of this was due to physical responses to medication, some due to miscommunication between departments. Another negative is that we have met our doctor *once*, and that was via telehealth. Honestly, Dr. Luzzo has been a footnote during this whole process. We ended up having to do our actual retrieval at a different location. It honestly feels like she's just there to sign off our treatment plan. There is no way she would be able to pick us out from a line up. Our biggest struggle with this location is that it batches retrievals since it's not hope 365. For some people's bodies that may work great, for us it didn't. OK, positives. Alexandria.

I feel like it's a scam; they rush through the medical exams and everything, but there are no answers. My husband and I went there on the recommendation of my gynecologist. Honestly, there were so many tests. I arrived with test results from another clinic knowing I had a small 3.4 cm cyst. I had to repeat all the tests, but I can't talk to the doctor without an appointment or even ask about the cost. There's no doctor-patient communication... they haven't offered any solutions, just repeated tests without any answers. It's a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this clinic.
