Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford

Shady Grove was recommended to me by a friend from their positive experience. From the moment my husband and I met with Dr Green, I finally felt heard. She was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain our options and test results in a way that no one else had done previously. Their online system is wonderful to track your treatments and next steps and the emailing between financial advisors and your care team is perfect for busy couples. Navigating infertility is overwhelming, but Shady Grove Wexford does a fantastic job from the moment you step through the doors. Everyone at the front desk and scheduling are wonderfully kind. We had a disappointing cycle this weekend and I had many questions about what happened, before I could even reach out to the clinic, Dr Green called me to review the data and talk next steps. Would highly recommend to anyone navigating infertility.

Our experience with SGF was incredible. During such a challenging chapter in our lives, Dr. Bromer and the entire team at SGF Wexford and Rockville gave us hope on the days when we struggled to find it ourselves, and they truly made us feel like family. I'm a 2X GC starting a mock cycle in a couple days. I called the clinic today to schedule outside monitoring, they took down my information said they would have their outside monitoring team call me to get me scheduled. I then received a call from my IPs fertility clinic stating Shady grove refuses to work with GCs that are independent and do not have an agency!!!!

As a fertility patient, your team is everything. You have to trust one another completely and connect on a serious level. I cannot recommend this group at Shady Grove enough. I’d go all over the world if it meant having them every time! Dr. Bromer from the very beginning was straight forward with what our plan needed to be and his confidence was admirable. His ability to relate to us and make us feel like he really cared was everything we had been looking for in a provider. It was clearly never made to feel like a money making factory but rather that it was all about giving us the family we waited so long for and wanted so badly. Every phone call about results or every transfer, there he was with his calming demeanor and it had a way of making me and my husband feel like it was all gonna be okay and work out. We never not looked forward to seeing him or hearing from him no matter what cost. He was our rock. His Wexford team was just as wonderful. Those girls became our family. They became the ones we leaned on for it all. They cried with us and celebrated with us. Every visit was a good time even early in the morning before our own work day began. The NP, Dana and PA, Susan talked me off so many hormonal ledges and never made me feel stupid for feeling whatever it was I was feeling. Every one in that office from blood draws, to rooming us, to getting vitals, to assisting in procedures, etc were amazing beyond words. We couldn’t have done this without them. Traveling to Maryland was always a fun time. And everyone there as well made us feel welcomed and were always spectacular. The facility is absolutely beautiful and all doctors, embryologists, nurses, front desk staff, etc were just the greatest. This was important as we we were coming from a different state and didn’t know our surroundings. They made it worth the travel. Please enjoy photos of our family with Dr. Bromer as it was such a special moment for us all. It took everything I had not to cry. We can’t wait to do it all over again with them by our side. Just like the sign says, “Moments Made Possible”. Please hang in there to any of you struggling. I whole heartedly promise you, it’s all gonna be okay no matter what. My wife and I started our journey with SGF in Wexford in late summer of 2023. We were lucky enough to be pregnant by November. Our care team, including Susan Strellec, Dana Thomas, Dr. Bromer, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. We felt like our care was a priority and they cheered us on the whole time. When we graduated, Dr. Bromer was in the office and smiling ear to ear (as you can see in the picture). We are so lucky to have found SGF Wexford. Our little girl is due in June and we are forever grateful.
