Wow, the other reviews are right. Very bizarre place. I did all of the paperwork, she asked me one question, then apparently denied me? She said they’d call in a few days because the “lab is full” which was bull, I walked into the lab first and there was nobody in there! I wouldn’t waste your time going here, very weird

I felled out an application to donate and they had me schedule an in-person appointment. I took the morning off to drive there and pay for downtown parking, only for them to ask me all of three questions about my app that could have easily been done over the phone, and then gave me a flimsy excuse about being overbooked and that I would have to reschedule. They later denied my application. The denial is whatever, I understand that the screening process is stringent, but don’t waste my time with thoughtlessness and poor excuses. This whole ordeal could have been a 5 minute phone call and an ounce of frank transparency.
