After many pregnancy losses and a lot of emotional stress my husband and I started our IVF journey. We looked at many clinics and talked with many providers from Cincinnati to Columbus. When we stumbled upon Springcreek. From the moment we talked to a provider to the first time in office we knew this was our fertility home. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Medical assistants all have one thing in common… they genuinely cared about me and cared about my fertility journey. Every time I was stressed, had questions, or just needed a shoulder to cry on they were there for me. The process was seamless and well organized. The girls at the mason office have truly become family. I couldn’t ask for a better support system or friends. I am happy to say due to their love and support I am currently pregnant with my beautiful IVF baby. My husband and I will always owe this clinic a piece of our heart and family. After three unsuccessful rounds of IUI at a different clinic, my husband and I felt discouraged and honestly not very supported. Just started my journey! But I did my SIS at the Mason office Jan 2nd due to availability and I just want to thank the staff and team there for everything. I was very, very emotional throughout the process due to just the heaviness behind it all. The doctor who did my SIS explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, and also explained what she was seeing. It was a very personable experience and I was so over came with emotion I couldn't stop crying. I appreciate everything they did for me during my appointment. They were so kind, above and beyond. I wish i knew their names. The girls at the front desk immediately made me laugh (Blonde girl, wearing a mask) and feel so comfortable right away, the nurse helping the doctor was so sweet. (Brown hair, glasses)

This place 💚. This place and these people are AMAZING. We just took our newborn back to see them because they became such an important part of our lives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Tanisha and Mindy 🙂

The staff at SpringCreek are absolutely wonderful. I’m in Cincinnati and had most of my visits at the Mason office. Tanisha is the best, I looked forward to our appointments! Mason and Centerville employees are seriously so sweet and have excellent communication.
