After years of trying to get pregnant I decided to go to springcreek to figure out what was going on. They were very helpful in finding that I had PCOS along with the endometriosis that I knew I already had. After getting on medication for these issues me and my partner went through 2 rounds of IUI and on the second round I was pregnant after years of trying. I cannot say enough about this place and if I was to have another child and needed help I would 100% go back to spring creek.

** edit as of 3/31: per the clinics suggestion I called to speak about my experience with a manager on the 24th of March and I never heard back. This has happened every time I am told to reach out to a manager. I’m the first person I know to go through infertility, and I’m writing this review because I wish someone had shared their experience before I chose Springcreek. Treatments I had at Springcreek: 3 IUIs (all failed) 2 Saline Sonohistograms 1 Egg Retrieval 1 ERA/Emma & Alice 3 Transfers (First was a chemical, second failed, third was a very early miscarriage) My Experience: I picked Springcreek based on positive reviews, trusting that they would do everything possible to help me conceive. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I chose to write this review after I confirmed that my remaining embryos were delivered safely at my new clinic. Throughout the treatment listed above, I only spoke with the doctor twice. After clear saline sonograms and normal bloodwork (aside from being on metformin and Synthroid), I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility, and the investigation into potential causes stopped there. I was advised to try IUI, which I did three times, but all failed. I was then strongly encouraged to proceed with IVF. They told me I had over a 75% chance of success with IVF based on my age, AMH, and other factors, and that I’d likely have leftover embryos for future children, saving me from repeating the process. Before starting IVF, I asked about testing for endometriosis— the only unexplored possibility. I was told multiple times no, because even if I had endometriosis, the recommendation would still be IVF. I moved forward with IVF and had two transfers. After the second failure, I again asked about endometriosis and was told it wouldn’t change anything. I mentioned the non-invasive Receptiva test for endometriosis, but was told all Frozen Embryo Transfer protocols assume endometriosis, so a positive result wouldn’t alter the treatment plan. After my third transfer ended in an early miscarriage, I was told to stop all medication on November 26th. I couldn’t speak with the doctor until the end of January, and my next transfer wouldn’t happen until March 6th. This wait was common throughout my treatment, and during these times I had to manipulate my cycle with birth control. This clinic does something called ‘batch processing’. Meaning you can only have certain treatments/procedures on certain days and they will manipulate your cycle to fit in with the day they are completing the care. During this long wait, I sought a second opinion from another clinic. The new doctor was shocked that endometriosis hadn’t been considered, as it significantly increases the chance of miscarriage. I gave the new doctor my protocol from springcreek. She was surprised that this was my protocol given my medical history and my previous bloodwork results. Additional testing confirmed I had endometriosis and fluid in my fallopian tubes. In the time I would have been waiting for Springcreek’s next transfer, I received a diagnosis, treatment, and had more consultations than I ever had at Springcreek. I also received a transfer date with no long waits. I tried to reach out to Springcreek to discuss my experience before my final transfer, but I never received a callback. In hindsight, I feel taken advantage of. My biggest advice to anyone going through this is to advocate for yourself, get second opinions, and make sure you're fully informed before committing to expensive treatments.

SpringCreek is great. From the very beginning until the end their communication, information, personnel were all great. You have to go to their main Dayton location for the big things but throughout the entire journey we only had to go a few times. The Columbus office handled all of the routine items. I would definitely recommend SpringCreek to others.

SpringCreek has been nothing short of amazing since starting our journey with them! We were at another fertility clinic previously and only felt like a number and a paycheck to them. Since being at SpringCreek, I feel like they genuinely care about me and our goal of bringing home a baby. They listen to my concerns, are always willing to answer questions and so much more. I knew I found the right place from the first visit - everyone has been nothing but kind! Fast forward to present day and we have 3 sweet embryos and are weeks away from our first IVF transfer! I will be forever grateful to SpringCreek for everything they’ve done for us!

I have been to two other clinics prior to Spring Creek. I can honestly say the last year working with everybody at Spring Creek has been such a pleasure. Everybody is attentive, on time, follows up via email and phone calls. The communication level is more than any clinic I have ever experienced. Anytime I have a question, I know that I can call or email and will receive an answer promptly. Not to mention how friendly and kind every person I’ve interacted with has been. I appreciate how the staff and doctors at Spring Creek work hard to make every part of the experience as fulfilling as possible. I’m so glad we came to Spring Creek.
