Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco and their team are the best you can find. Innovative in their fields and most importantly they will try their best to help you have your baby. You'll be in good hands. I have worked with both doctors for years in my journey and the care, compassion and approach to fertility challenges sets them apart from the others. I have also visited several doctors who based on age dismissed any possibility. You need a cheerleader and someone who believes in your cause and can back it up with their medical experience. Dr. Merhi and Marco are those doctors to lead with compassion and navigate with skill. This makes them the best in my opinion. I'm happy I found them. I was able to have my miracle baby through them and am thankful for their contributions in the fertility field which makes it possible for all women to conceive regardless of their age or diagnosis.

I don't know where to begin to write this review. There are a lot of emotions and feelings. We are from Canada and choose RFC as a clinic to pursue gentle IVF (with ICSI) for male factor infertility. When we came to this clinic, after 2 years of trying and seeing specialists at 2 different clinics in Canada, we were pretty hopeless. Both Dr. Merhi and Dr. Marco were amazing. I finally felt like for the first time I was seen, I wasn't just a number and was treated with compassion, respect, empathy, and kindness. They were both so professional, knowledgeable, and up to date with latest science and technologies in fertility field. Right from the very beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. All of the staff at jericho office was lovely: welcoming, kind, and respectful. They were transparent about different procedures and prices, clear with the instrictions and protocol, and providing guidance along the way. Fast forward, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant after the first round of IVF. Something that seemed so surreal and distant became a reality. We are forever grateful for RFC and their team for making our dream come true! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who values and wants a personalized approach to their concerns and issues and appeciates the many options and treatments of IVF ( and other fertility related treatments) that clinic has to offer. I am mind boggled how different kinds/types of IVF are not available in Canada ( only standard, conventional one size fits all model) which I don't appreciate. We have been associated with this amazing clinic run by Dr. Merhi since 2020. I couldn’t recommend it more. We came to Dr. Merhi having lost hopes of having a baby. But when you meet a positive and cheerful doctor like Dr. Merhi, you get a lot of hope that anything is possible. We eventually went through our first IVF cycle and had our baby boy in 2021. Three years later, we came back for a second baby with Dr. Merhi and the Merhi-cle happened again! I just have to say Dr. Merhi never gives up hope and is an extremely kind, hard working and compassionate caregiver. We would also like to thank Dr. Marco who is an excellent doctor and guided us smoothly through many procedures. All the staff at the Jericho office of RFC are extremely kind, patient, supportive and caring. I highly recommend RFC for making dreams come true! Thank you!

My husband and I are immensely grateful to have found Dr. Merhi to help us on our fertility journey. Similar to other reviews, we were finally able to have success after multiple failed cycles at other fertility clinics. Dr. Merhi is personable, funny, but most important he gives you personalized care, which is what was lacking at previous clinics where they offered one standard treatment for everyone. The entire staff at the Jericho location have been amazing. The ultrasound technician, Nasren saw me through start to finish. Diana and Iris provided their kindness, care, and support at every appointment. Millie and other front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. It has been a pleasure to see them during a difficult journey. Like another reviewer said, I just wish I found Dr. Merhi and this team sooner.

We’re beyond grateful to Dr Merhi, Dr. Marco and the entire staff of RFC! We’re finally pregnant after multiple rounds of failed treatments at five NYC fertility clinics. Dr Merhi is truly God sent! He’s compassionate, honest and out of the box thinker! No matter how difficult your case he won’t give up on you. I just wish I had found him sooner!
