I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone at Kofinas Fertility. From my very first consultation, I finally felt heard and understood—not like I was just another case. Dr. Kofinas was determined to find the root cause of my struggles, and through thorough testing and procedures, he was able to do just that. For that, I am beyond grateful. Anyone who has gone through fertility treatment knows that coming into the clinic every other day for monitoring can be exhausting. However, from the front desk staff to the nurses, everyone was always so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their positivity made those early mornings so much easier. Whenever I needed something or found myself worrying about a situation, I could always reach out to the nurses or Payal and receive a prompt response—even on weekends. That level of care and dedication meant more than I can express. I truly want each and every one of you to know how thankful I am. You all played a crucial role in helping make my dream come true. Your compassion, support, and commitment made such a difference throughout this journey. You will always be a part of my family's story, and I will forever be grateful for everything you have done for us.

I’m so grateful to the entire team at Kofinas Fertility Clinic. It actually took me a long time to write this review because I’m a little superstitious—but now I finally can, with my beautiful, healthy baby girl in my arms I began my journey in February 2025, and by July 2025, I was pregnant. I truly credit the care and expertise of Dr. Narine and Dr. George Kofinas. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel supported every step of the way. The staff at both the Long Island and Manhattan offices were equally amazing—kind, patient, and always willing to help. Going through fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but this team made the experience feel manageable and hopeful. I’m beyond thankful for everything they’ve done for me. I’ll forever be grateful

LOVED everyone in this office. Dianna, Payal, Michelle, I’m sorry I forgot the other nurse who takes blood I think her name is Katherine, but everyone was amazing! Dr. Kofinas was amazing, very sweet and gentle.. Always with a smile on his face. Even the women at the front desk always smiling and happy. I really enjoyed my time at Kofinas. The girls really made my 5am wake up to get to Roslyn location for monitoring worth it. They were so informative and helpful, answered any and all of my questions. I had an amazing experience throughout my entire process.

I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Kofinas highly enough. After going through the IVF process, I am thrilled to share that it worked for us on the very first try! From the beginning, Dr. Kofinas went above and beyond to ensure our success. What stood out most was how he made the entire experience feel truly humane; in a process that can often feel clinical or overwhelming, he provided a level of personal care and dedication that gave us so much confidence. The nursing staff was also exceptional. They were consistently helpful, kind, and always available to answer questions or provide support when we needed it most. If you are looking for a team that combines medical excellence with genuine compassion, this is the place to go. A special shoutout to Payal who truly was with me every step of the way and was always there for me. Michelle who always put a smile on my face when coming in with her compassionate demeanor. Also can’t forget the front desk ladies Bridgette and Angela! They are super sweet and always made coming into the office a pleasure. Diana and Katherine are also great!

I would leave them 10⭐️.Dr.Kofinas and his team are amazing. Diana always kept a smile on my face such a great support and funny. Michelle so sweet and she went out of her way to give me medication I needed, that ment so much to me, Katherine always had a smile on her face so sweet, Payal never missed a beat she always kept on top of my care and answered all my concerns and kept me calm even showed up before my transfer which I loved so much, Brigette always answered my calls so kindly and I loved talking to her, most of all Dr.Kofinas amazing bed side manner and he stayed on top of my care, I always dealt with him the whole ride and best of all I’m graduating today 11 weeks pregnant thanks to you and your team. After being told from RMA we had less than a 1% chance to get pregnant! You said no I can easily do this and you weren’t kidding! First shot were pregnant and growing the family were didn’t think we could have. Thanks to you and your amazing team. We will be back for baby # 2 see you soon!
