Spring Fertility

We could not recommend Spring Fertility and Dr. Fischer more! Going into our fertility journey, we weren’t sure what to expect, but from the very beginning, Dr. Fischer and her incredible care team (shoutout to Sam!) made us feel supported, informed, and truly cared for. Everyone we encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Our needs always felt like a priority, and we felt confident and cared for every step of the way. What can often be an overwhelming journey was made so much better because of the amazing people at Spring. We are now 11 weeks pregnant and closing this chapter with Spring, but we will forever be grateful for the role they played in helping us grow our family. Thank you, Dr. Fischer and the entire Spring team, for everything you have done for us!

We recently welcomed a healthy, amazing baby boy thanks to Dr. Fischer and the incredible team at Spring. We worked with Dr. Fischer on a fertility plan, including IUI cycles and a successful IVF cycle. The care team is responsive, understanding, and completely on your side through every step. The team made time for us on weekends as necessary, kept us in the loop on options and next steps, and made the whole process as comfortable and optimistic as possible. Can’t recommend Spring and Dr. Fischer enough.

There truly are not enough words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Fischer, Dr. Hancock, Nurse Ashley, Samantha, and the entire team at Spring Fertility. From the very beginning, they treated me with so much compassion, kindness, and genuine care. During one of the most emotional and vulnerable times in my life, they made me feel safe, supported, and never alone. Every appointment, every phone call, every interaction reminded me that I was more than just a patient to them. They listened, comforted, reassured, and stood beside me through the process with so much empathy. Something as thoughtful as sending flowers meant more to me than words can explain.It showed just how deeply they care about the people they help. I couldn’t have asked for better care or a more amazing group of people to walk this journey with. I will forever be thankful for Spring Fertility.

Highly recommend Spring Fertility for egg freezing. It’s worth the cost. The entire staff is kind, professional, and competent - this includes the receptionists, Dr. Hancock, the nurses, coordinators, phlebotomists, anesthesiologist, and embryologist. It was very easy to communicate with my care team at Spring, which is crucial for feeling supported and confident in the process. I received responses to all my questions within the same day. They uploaded resources for me to read/watch right before every next step in the process, so it wasn’t an overload of information. Monitoring appointments and blood draws (there are many of these) were quick and efficient. With early morning appointments, I managed to take fewer days off work than expected. The egg retrieval procedure was more comfortable than I expected (and I was very anxious) because the staff is caring & intentional. I am very happy with the entire experience and my results. They called me to explain the results as well.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with the administration and billing side of Spring. It has taken them more than two months to start my baseline ultrasound when I specifically said I wanted to start right away and was told I’d be able to. They love to say they’re transparent but are not. Their genetic counselor and psychologist are booked weeks out, but they don’t tell you this up front. If you’re a SMBC they make it mandatory to have these appointments, and these specialists refuse to bill insurance so you’re forced to pay exorbitant fees out of pocket. Again, they don’t tell you the fees until less than two days before your appointment. It’s incredibly unprofessional and stress inducing, despite the fact that my insurance that they accept fully covers multiple cycles. They told me ONE DAY before my baseline ultrasound appointment that they wanted $4,470 out of pocket. Their anesthesiologist also isn’t contracted with insurance, so that is out of pocket and they didn’t inform me of the biopsy fee until the day before my baseline ultrasound appointment. I’m beyond disgusted at how much of my time has been wasted. They have a pattern of “springing” surprise bills on you, as evidenced from previous comments, so it appears to be purposeful. I gave them two insurance cards on the day of my initial consultation but they still chose to bill me as self pay. They never took accountability for this mistake and I had to instruct them how to contact my insurance for verification.
