PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING FOR PRP: This clinic offers PRP as a gold mine, your miracle solution, but in my experience, they just want your money. They make recommendations based on their own, not-proven methods. If it doesn’t work, then they push you to go to the Bahamas. Also, forget about their billing team. They had the audacity to send an email reminder on Easter Sunday around dinner time. Overall, their communication is horrible. They sent wrong medication instructions, and Dr. Browne always called unexpectedly 1–2 hours before the scheduled appointment. She would not spend even 10 minutes on the phone and still charged a full consultation fee. In my case, she authorized an IVF cycle when I had a BV infection. Please do your research before believing their sales pitch. The PRP was useless in my case. Their Instagram success stories did not reflect my experience at all.

We just welcomed a baby girl who was conceived with IVF at RFC, and we’re so grateful. It was a little chaotic at times, and their decision to stop taking insurance during our treatment, while understandable, could have been handled better with more notice, but everyone we worked with there was so nice. We especially appreciate their inclusive approach to treating patients of ages or weights that other clinics will not. Our family is complete, but we would return there if we were seeking further fertility treatment.

your real physician after first visit is UNAVAILBLE. very difficult to find him to considerate your concern, Billing Department is disaster, RUDE,RUDE RUDE, they hostage my money (3900$) and wont refund me, I want to go court to get my money back. their prp techniqe is scam! Ive got agg after changeing fertility treatment center.

Where to even begin. I have been working the RFC for about 16 months now and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and doctors at RFC. Everyone is kind and understanding. They put the patients’ needs first. I have worked with Dr. Merhi, Dr. Browne and Dr. Marco. They are all fabulous, compassionate and want nothing more than your success as a patient. I was recently enrolled in the RFC Immunology Program and got a positive pregnancy test! It’s early, but so far so good. This new offering at RFC is fantastic. While you do have to be accepted into the program, it does allow patients a level of care you don’t often get with an RE. Dr. Merhi personally oversees your care along with two incredible nurses, Nairely and Jess. No matter what treatments you get at RFC, and I’ve done MANY, you are going to be in great hands. Dr. Merhi will tell you himself, he is stubborn and he WILL get your pregnant. I’m proof 🤗

We drove from MD to the Connecticut office and worked with Dr. Browne. Dr. Browne and her staff were fantastic. We felt our journey each time was worth it and our time was respected, appointments in timely manner, kind staff, etc. Dr. Browne’s office was great at communicating expectations to us and our outside monitoring clinic for things we have to do at home in between visits. After one IVF cycle we have our little boy and we are so in love with him. We give huge thanks to Dr. Browne and the RFC team for helping us grow our family. We won’t hesitate to reach out to RFC in the future!
