NYC IVF

The team at NYC IVF was amazing and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. This was my 3rd IVF practice that I have been to and my 7th cycle of IVF overall with only 1 successful pregnancy previously. In the past another doctor from one of the first two practices had told me that I would have to use donor eggs, that my egg quality was horrible, and other unpleasant things you would not want to hear as a patient. That was not the case here at NYC IVF. They treated me as best as possible without giving me unrealistic expectations, but were very optimistic about my chances for success. Dr. Elassar is an excellent doctor and was extremely detailed in answering my questions which I appreciated very much. She never made me feel as if I was just another number in the practice. She came up with plans specific to me and my issues to attempt to get me viable embryos. Her entire team is outstanding and I also would like to highlight her embryologist director Dr. Molinari who was so caring and personal in her approach to my course of treatment. She was very positive and optimistic about me having a successful cycle and results which I can happily say we just achieved with 8 embryos with 5 PGT tested as viable. I would also like to point out my nurse in this process, Tamar Badridze, and say what an amazing nurse she is. She was always so warm and caring, and would always spend extra time with me talking and answering my questions. The entire practice from the reception to the financial department and all the nurses there are the best, and everyone is always so warm and positive every time I’ve been there. As a 38 year old woman I was beginning to lose hope that I would never be able to have another child, and after 5 failed cycles and losing 11 embryos I was not in the best spirits coming into this process. That all turned around here and it is a credit to the team at NYC IVF and their approach to me as a patient that have given me hope again. Thank you all so much you’re all amazing!

Very efficient, professional, and friendly service. Dr. Elassar, Tamar, and the entire nursing team made myself and my partner feel welcome and informed. They made sure to ground our expectations in realism and were comfortable to talk to. They also provide very thorough email instructions to follow throughout the entire IVF process. The admin team (Kim and Abdel) made our appointment scheduling seamless and easy to deal with. Happy that we chose NYC IVF as the place to receive treatment for my partner.

This is the most professional IVF clinic I have ever encountered. They have their own dedicated laboratory, which can fully guarantee the success rate of their work. The staff is welcoming and caring, and my wife has been well cared at here. Dr. Elassar is also very responsible for her patients. The environment here is very good and makes people feel very relaxed.

I had a great experience at NYCIVF during my recent fertility consult. The entire team was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Elassar was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The bloodwork and scan were handled smoothly, and the medical team was great throughout the process, especially Isabelle and Elena.
