Worst medical office ever. They made me wait almost two months for an appointment, then canceled the day before because the doctor wanted to leave early. After I rescheduled, they called again the day before and suddenly said they don’t accept my insurance, even though they had already confirmed they did. Very unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of patients’ time. I would not recommend this office.

thank you to the fabulous Nurse KRISTINE and dr JUREMA, for not giving up and trusting the process. i constantly missed my sessions because i did not see the possibility of a miracle, but you were not upset, you scheduled me for another session, kept on following up, convinced me to try again, and you broke the news of baby christian to me. we love and appreciate you. please dont ever change, keep advocating for everyone who may have lost hope like me, they will all get their miracle as i got mine. MY darling TANASIA (phlebotomist), i love you with all of me, thank you for helping me overcome my fear of needles. your kindness and patience should be studied.

Sorry, but the last month with RMA was not the best. My husband and I got pregnant on our own. I agreed to let them monitor me until I see my OBGYN. Granted, I appreciated it bc it helped with my fears. However, the front desk is horrible. When I received my ultrasounds, it always felt rushed. Didn’t feel special, was in and out. When I was finally discharged, my orders for bloodwork wasn’t even on the system, had to call my nurse to receive my results and I still can’t see my scan images. Was not happy unfortunately. I’ve heard great things about other locations. Will go there if ever needed.

I've read some reviews saying they treat you like numbers, which is true. However, I used a different clinic in New Jersey for my first child, and while they were nice and talkative, they weren't professional at all. We ended up getting pregnant after two cycles of IVF, but we also lost one embryo at that clinic and ended up paying more than we did at RMA. This time, we decided to try RMA. Yes, they may not seem to care about your feelings, but their level of professionalism is on a different level. They are far more advanced and efficient in their work. Dr. Shastri took only five minutes to transfer the embryo, whereas the other clinic used to take an hour. I am very happy with RMA, and we already have a baby boy. Thank you to everyone at RMA Springfield.

Dr.Jeruma and staff; The communication of RMA nurses and their team is top notch, the team is very attentives to details and on top of your procedure as is a very stressful journey the nurses make it so easy and less stressful. Stay positive, eat healthy, change bad habits and my procedure was successful. Thank you
