Be careful about dealing with this company. They are fleecing their clients. They advertise for 50$ fee for initial consultation. Later they charge another 100 for actually calling you and talking with you. The initial 50 was to HOLDING YOUR PLACE. This confusion was just the beginning . I am thankful I didn’t follow up with them or God knows how much they would charge me. if you have to move on with them, expect some crushing hidden fees.

AVOID! They don't test the donor for STDs until you pay up. Then, they come back more than a month later to inform you the donor has an STD. The next donor I was on the waiting list for disappeared when I was 2nd on the list. I'm no longer convinced there even is donors. I've been trying to get a refund and getting a total run around. I have a bad feeling they have no intention of returning my money. Let's add that there's a ton of costs that aren't very transparent. You will pay at the office at time of service for unnecessary procedures, but they will come up with more hidden costs. So, no attempt to even get pregnant really and I'm out $5500 if they don't refund my money. Yes, I'm glad I only put down the $4100 on the actually donor package. RIP OFF, WASTE OF TIME, AND ALREADY CRIED.

We had a wonderful experience at CNY Buffalo! We had our egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer here, everything went seamless! You must be your own advocate and be on top of the process, but for a high volume IVF clinic, that is expected and understood. Dr Chang is amazing! He is very personable and down to earth.

Disappointed with the communication and organization at CNY. With all their outreach and seemingly good intentions, I truly expected better. Having worked at other fertility clinics, I can say CNY is far more disorganized than others; as a patient, you can feel almost clueless as to what’s happening and how to actually proceed with treatment; and doctor time is a tiny fraction of what other clinics offer (if you see one at all!). To lay out some of the challenges directly, which no doubt are already known to management: - Patients do not have a care coordinator - every discussion is with someone different. When 20+ individuals are overseeing your care, processes are not smooth or efficient. Every step requires pinging various people until one takes action to move something forward. There's seemingly no accountability. - Within the patient portal, you can't reply to messages. You have to send a new message every time you want to communicate to someone. If you want to msg someone specifically, you have to msg the department that the person you want to msg sits within. Sometimes that department (e.g. authorizations) isn't even on the list. This leads to further lack of continuity and confusion. It is disheartening that an "affordable" option for fertility treatment is so poorly managed - people really deserve better.

This place is amazing and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. From day one I knew this was the IVF office for me. I felt welcomed! They listened to what I had to say and the gave me there guidance. I have not one negative or bad thing to say. Only great things! Thank you CNY staff for making me feel comfortable and welcomed. And I am a travel patient who has driven over 9 hours to this office and it's definitely worth the trip in my opinion.
