This practice has serious administrative and system failures that make it extremely frustrating to work with. To be clear, my issues are not with the doctors, but entirely with the administrative team and their disorganized processes. First, the patient portal system is poorly designed and unnecessarily complicated. They use Klara for messaging but a completely separate system for lab and test results, creating a fragmented and confusing experience. On top of that, there was no proactive outreach or coordination from the administrative team during my initial testing process, which is unacceptable. Second, their call system is highly disruptive and completely unprofessional. After I reached out to schedule appointments, I received relentless, repeated automated calls for over 10 minutes straight—during an important job interview. Even after declining the calls, they continued ringing back-to-back. This directly interfered with my interview and created an extremely embarrassing and avoidable situation. Third, their virtual visit system is clearly unreliable. I joined my scheduled appointment on time and waited for over 20 minutes with a message indicating the host had not started the meeting. I eventually had to leave. Shockingly, I then received a call from their administrative staff accusing me of missing the appointment and making the doctor wait. This was completely incorrect and highly unprofessional. At no point did the administrative team take accountability for their own system failures. Instead, they chose to blame the patient for issues clearly caused by their own technology and processes. Overall, this experience reflects poorly managed operations, ineffective communication, and a lack of basic professionalism. Until these issues are addressed, I would strongly advise others to avoid this practice. I will not be returning.

I must admit, I highly recommend this facility,they're are the best, the front desk, the doctor,the Phelbotomist they are friendly and welcoming.Every producers is explained in detail and clarity. Doctor Yih is so sweet and really knows her job.

I’m a new patient and just from the first phone call, I already knew this wasn’t the right place for me. The secretary was rude, impatient, and had no compassion at all. I was simply trying to give my insurance information — I have two insurances and went to my car to grab my purse because I didn’t think they would need both. When I came back, she started rushing me, saying it’s already been 14 minutes. Then she asked for my husband’s insurance, which I had as a picture, and instead of letting me find it, she told me to “call back” not once, but twice. I was shocked. I ended up hanging up because who wants to deal with that kind of attitude, especially when calling for something as sensitive as infertility? If the staff treats new patients like that just over the phone, I can only imagine how the rest of the experience would be. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

To begin with, Johanna was the reason I chose this clinic. I had been calling around, and this was only the second clinic I contacted—but the warmth, professionalism, and care Johanna showed over the phone immediately made me feel confident and at ease. Her tone, patience, and ability to answer my questions with compassion made all the difference, and I knew this was the right place for me. After my appointment, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Keegan, Nurse Brianna, and Samantha. Each of them further confirmed that I had made the right decision. Dr. Keegan was informative and kind, taking time to explain every step and making sure I felt heard. Brianna and Samantha were equally attentive and reassuring, creating a supportive environment throughout my visit. The level of care, professionalism, and empathy I experienced from the entire team was exceptional. I truly felt respected, cared for, and supported from the moment I made the first call to the end of my appointment. I’m very satisfied and happy with my experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares.

This is long, but I promise it’s worth the read. We have been trying to start a family for a very long time. The process absolutely takes a toll on you mentally physically and financially, but the one thing that brought us peace was the consideration and knowledge that Dr. Keegan and her staff brought to our situation. We went there with hopes of starting the process right away, and Dr. Keegan in no uncertain terms let me know that I had to lose a significant amount of weight if I wanted to have a healthy pregnancy. As an obese person, it’s very easy to get frustrated because it seems like every doctor you go to does nothing but point out your weight, and this one seemed to be no exception, but with all the information she gave me and going over success rates, and viability of the pregnancy, it just made sense so we put IVF on hold. I actually had a gastric sleeve done and lost 114 pounds, once I was cleared Dr. Keegan and her team went right to work. Everyone was very accessible, I had no issues getting in contact with any of the staff. All of the appointments were at a super convenient time. The staff always made me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of. Today was our last appointment. I am eight weeks pregnant and have been released to my regular OB and it was bittersweet. I’m going to miss the staff and the weekly check-ins. This experience has changed my life and my family’s life for the better and I could not be more grateful. Huge thanks to my Princeton Team!
