Unprofessional, won’t call on referrals, is not taking new customers. Rude by phone, refused to answer any inquiry. Don’t bother, they won’t help you.

This clinic is a joke. The staff is less than helpful, incompetent, and rude. It takes years to get an appointment. The one redeeming quality is the doctor is decent.

most horrible dept. waiting 1 &1/2 years for an apt. follow up after discharge from hospital. inept, disgusting dept. hospital and clinics should lose fed licensing to operate in the us.

UNM Endocrinology is the worst universtiy hospital I've worked with. What is their motto? Patients last? Six months to get an initial appointment Switched to a NP for intake rather than Doctor. When NP retired, they cancelled visits, no referrral or help to keep prescriptions active. Took 2.5 months to get a new prescription.

I might be able to give it more stars if I could get in to see a doctor. 1-2 weeks when they received it to process, now another 1-2 weeks for the clinic to review my referral and see what doctor they want to send me to. So much for an urgent referral. The gate keepers are going to let me die waiting.
