I am writing to share my disappointment with the experience I had at your office during my blood work appointment today. I had been instructed by my nurse to return on Friday for repeat blood work at a specific time, leaving me with less than 24 hours' notice and no flexibility to reschedule. Unfortunately, despite every effort, I was unable to secure childcare for my two-year-old son because my husband was at work. When I arrived, I was immediately told by the security guard that my son was not permitted upstairs. I explained that if that was the case, I would have to cancel my appointment, as I had no one to care for him. While the security guard searched through a binder to find someone to contact upstairs, I briefly left my son seated directly across from her security desk with his iPad while I quickly checked in. He remained seated, quiet, and supervised from the lobby, and my blood draw itself took less than 30 seconds. As I returned downstairs, instead of being met with understanding, I was loudly reprimanded by the security guard in front of others, adding unnecessary stress during what is already an emotionally significant time as a newly pregnant patient following fertility treatment. I fully understand that policies exist for safety reasons, and I respect the need to follow them. However, I hope the practice will consider implementing a more compassionate process for patients who unexpectedly cannot obtain childcare, particularly when appointments are scheduled on very short notice and are medically important. Whether that means allowing a child to accompany a parent briefly for a blood draw, offering an alternative check-in process, or providing another reasonable accommodation, I believe there should be an option that does not force patients to choose between missing necessary medical care and navigating an impossible situation. I have always appreciated the care I have received from this practice, which is why this experience was so upsetting. My hope in sharing this feedback is not simply to express my frustration, but to encourage changes that may help other patients avoid a similarly stressful experience during an already vulnerable time.

Service and team members were amazing, we went here because we were having issues with pregnancy for 13 months, they did all bloodwork and other lab tests. But the reason for 2 stars is, they did not do a pregnancy test, and my wife was already pregnant. So we had to pay everything out-of-pocket for all the lab tests. The home pregnancy test the day before was negative, but if they did a blood hCG, it would’ve came up positive. Please start doing pregnancy bloodwork for your patient so they can save $5000.

I had my hysteroscopy done at RMA and had a really positive experience overall. The pre-op instructions were clear and easy to follow, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety going in. Dr. Schwartz, the anesthesiologist, and the entire care team were excellent. A special mention to Nurse Nicole, who was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout. Everyone was very caring and attentive — they not only helped me feel relaxed before the procedure but also made sure I was comfortable and doing well afterward. The whole process felt very organized, thorough, and safety-focused. I truly felt well taken care of and am very glad I went through this procedure with their team. Note - I had an earlier HSG experience with Dr.Reig & Nurse Judeen and it was equally easy and positive!

I had an incredible experience here throughout my fertility journey-from egg retrieval and laparoscopic surgery to the process of starting our family. Every step of the way, I felt like I was in excellent hands. The satellite offices for weekly visits were great as well. I’m very nervous when it comes to blood draws, but the staff made me feel so comfortable that I quickly became a pro. Appointments were efficient, the nursing team communicated clearly and consistently, and I always felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Bollig and my nurse, Mary Ellen, provided exceptional care, support, and guidance throughout the entire process. Their compassion and expertise made a challenging journey so much easier to navigate. I truly cannot recommend this facility highly enough!!

My review of RMA is solely based on their billing practices and financial coordination. I appreciate the medical treatment I received. I was required to pay my deductible and coinsurance up front in January 2026 in order to proceed with my embryo transfer. I was skeptical of this requirement and nothing was yet billed to my insurance so my deductible and coinsurance were at $0. I was assured I would be refunded if applicable after the transfer. My transfer was completed in February, claims submitted to my insurance all of which were paid to RMA by my insurance except for a small copay ($25). I began the process of asking for my money back. It is now the end of April and RMA still has not refunded me after confirming I do not owe them any money. Nothing was applied to my deductible and coinsurance. RMA claims they refunded me but my bank confirmed to them via phone that they never received a refund. RMA refuses to help any further and still has the money I paid them which is not owed to them. Update: Once the accounting department got involved, Jennifer was wonderful and able to solve my issue. I’m very appreciative of her help to finally get this issue resolved.
