I spoke today to a very sweet receptionist named Danielle from Morgan fertility and reproduction she was so helpful and although they don't take my insurance I have never felt more taken care of on the phone and she went above and beyond to point me in the right direction I felt hopeless before making this phone call and now she made me feel I see if I have a chance again to whomever reads this message please be kind to Danielle because she is kind of others thank you for everything! Very small, family-oriented setting. I felt like Dr. Lesorgen listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly and knew me on a first-name basis. I was surprised to get pregnant on my first cycle with twins without a lot of intervention. I liked the fact that Dr. Lesorgen did not push aggressive therapies right away like other centers would. We started with modest treatments and that’s all it took.The team obviously knew what they were doing. Still in shock over the twins, but I’m happy with the care I received.

After so many years of trying we finally decided to see fertility specialist and this office was our choice. Very friendly and supportive staff. Huge thanks to nurse Kelly and Dr. Allen Morgan for helping us making our dream came true! Instructions are very clear, patient portal was easy to use, no waiting line for early morning lab work, we were always being informed and updated with the process. Thank you Team for being patient with us, we appreciate all your help and support, we wish you and all your patients good luck! And yes, highly recommend this office!!!

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Lesorgen after trying numerous clinics on Long Island, Syracuse, Albany and we had no success until a few friends of ours recommended Dr. Lesorgen we went and met with them and after the first procedure we were pregnant with our little girl. We were very happy with the staff and communication of the doctors and nurses. Linda was amazing for answering all my questions whenever I called as well as calling me for reminders. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. Me and my husband tried having a baby for 3 years before going here and wish we went sooner.

I cannot recommend Dr Lesorgen and his fantastic team enough. The individualized attention I received was incredible. They made me feel like their only patient- something you don’t normally see in the infertility process! The whole team of nurses is amazing- they treat you like family. Huge huge huge thank you to Linda, Valerie, and Chris. Not only my nurses/ultrasound techs but people I relied on so deeply during the whole process for emotional support. They care so much. I am holding my baby boy now because of them. The care I received was just top notch. They are true experts in their field. I will forever be in deep gratitude to all of the amazing people in this office and I cannot recommend them enough.
