Cassie and Zoey were very helpful when I had to visit to get my blood drawn. Have had bad experiences in the past so I am deathly afraid of needles. They were super quick with the blood draw and understanding. Thank you to both of you for making the process more comfortable and for being so accommodating!

Dr. Milroy and her staff could not have been more kind, sensitive and encouraging. With their help we are now one month away from delivering a healthy baby boy. My husband and I will be forever grateful for her services. Thank you Dr. Milroy!

I'm sorry to share a negative review but I believe it needs to be shared: we saw Dr Milroy for infertility and had two rounds of failed IVF with 0 euploids (while heartbreaking, that alone is not what I fault her for). After our two failed rounds, she pushed us hard in our painful regroup towards donor eggs (much more expensive). We were wanting to explore what a new or different protocol would do and some options with that. Her reasoning just did not fit what the EBP that was out there and didn't feel right. She was clear that her protocol was "perfect" and would not change even if we paid for another IVF round. She was very cold and aloof and didn't remember our details at all (we just had a failed round a week or two earlier). We were in with her for just a few minutes and she left the room, clearly saying was going to return, but didn't. Staff apologized for leaving us in limbo and we scheduled another regroup. By then we were done and decided to go with a new clinic. With a different protocol, we had immediate success-2 rounds both with euploids and a successful uneventful healthy pregnancy and baby...it was so much different it's hard to explain in writing how surreal and differentt our "luck" was. We believed we were hard luck cases-and we kind of were-but with competent clinic, we really weren't...That's been a hard identity to grapple with and it was not necessary. We were treated fairly by the 2nd clinic and we did always understand our protocol and were given understandable rationales for our care. IMHO I would go with a higher level clinic and skip her completely.

The staff were friendly enough, only reason it's not a 1 star. To summarize my issues with Dr. Milroys office: they are fatphobic liars. They refuse to help healthy, perfect candidates for IVF solely based on the BMI not being under 31. They do not take into account the health of the patient and simply make you go to another clinic in another state if you're too fat for them. So we did, and did so with the assurance that this office would do ALL OUTSIDE MONITORING (we were assured over and over they would do EVERYTHING but the actual procedures). They did all but 3 of our egg monitoring appointments (which cost us x4 elsewhere and only didn't happen at this clinic because of their own [skinny] ivf cycle happening that week). So, because we were the perfect candidates for IVF, we ended up getting pregnant right away, and still am supposed to be in the care of a fertility clinic for outside monitoring. And wouldn't you know it? They have stopped ALL OUTSIDE MONITORING now, with no warning. Leaving me pregnant with no medical provider to oversee my care. Just go out of state. This office doesn't care.

I absolutely love this woman!! She is honest, really REALLY cares about getting you the best care, even if it isn't with her. With my situation she spoke to me as if I was a sister.. and gave me "sisterly" advice. I'll forever be grateful to her and all the ladies there for there care and compassion.
