Dr. Zarek and her team are fantastic! We were searching for additional support along with IVF- specifically ovarian PRP and this was a service she offered. After consulting with Dr. Zarek, we ended up going straight to IVF. I love the transparent pricing on the website so we knew how much we needed to do the therapies as we are cash pay. Her pricing was more affordable than other clinics I had looked at. She is very kind, friendly and knowledgable- always willing to help us and answer questions. I lived in a different state so they helped facilitate what I would need from my home town until my retrieval so I didn't have to travel as much. I was provided with many supportive medications to assist me- progesterone, lovenox and prednisone. Although I didn't conceive with my first transfer, we felt very taken care of, listened to and supported. We ended up conceiving naturally a few months after my first transfer and had a healthy baby boy! I highly recommend Arbor fertility for those experiencing infertility challenges and wanting support.

We had a very positive experience with this fertility clinic and are incredibly grateful, as it has led to a successful pregnancy thus far. Our provider was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and made us feel confident and cared for throughout the process. We truly felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. The only feedback I would offer is that clearer communication on the front end regarding expectations, timelines, and next steps would have been helpful at times. Additionally, the nursing staff seemed to vary with nearly every visit, which made it difficult to build familiarity and consistency in relationships outside of the provider. More continuity in staffing could make an already emotional journey feel even more personal and supportive. Overall, we are very thankful for the care we received and would recommend this clinic to others navigating infertility.

While I have only been with this clinic for a short time, I can honesty say this is the first place I’ve gone that I felt has actually listened to me and addressed my concerns without pushing for expensive treatments from the start. Somehow Dr. Zarek was able to address one of my concerns and I feel that that ultimately lead to my ability to achieve pregnancy while I was in the middle of transitioning to her clinic (and before I had began treatments in her office). She also ensures that you are not wasting your time and money by giving you the option to take supportive measures and see you in the interim before fully transitioning back to your OB. I look forward to continuing my care at Arbor Fertility. They have been different (in a great way) from the start. I would recommend them for all treatment options (not only IVF or other more aggressive treatments)!

They were absolutely amazing, clear expectations, clear steps and very upfront with pricing. After I became pregnant naturally they still checked up on me to make sure I am taking the right steps to ensure a healthy pregnancy journey. Staff was truly amazing!
