From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, kind and always there to answer any questions. I have had the best experience with Gestational Concepts. She matched me with wonderful person and I'm so happy and blessed to start the parenthood journey. Jennifer is like my sister and she work so hard and did a lot for me in this journey. Amazing experience...BOTH times! I have been a gestational carrier twice now, both times working with Gestational Concepts Surrogacy Agency. I can honestly say that both of my experiences working with this agency, and more specifically with Jennifer, were uncomplicated and enjoyable. There was so much attention to detail in matching me with the perfect families, the qualification process was very streamlined, and I will cherish the memories of each adventure forever! I especially appreciated the constant communication! Throughout the surrogacy journey, there were so many crucial details, and I always felt as if those were handled quickly and efficiently. Working so closely with Jennifer during both of my pregnancies was a pleasure; she took so much time and care in always being available to me, communicating with me via email and phone, and answering any questions that arose. Hello, my name is Vanessa, this is my very time using a surrogacy agency. I’m so happy & glad I chose Gestational Concepts. I’m gonna be completely honest, I was very skeptical about this. I’m not one to trust anybody so easily. Then I got a call from my case manager Jennifer. Our very first phone call made me feel at ease almost instantly. She gave me a run through about how this works , and she was really honest about it. If she thought I wouldn’t be a good fit , I know Jennifer would’ve told me. Moving forward to the next steps, Jennifer makes all the appointments that you need, i just had to choose the time and date. Jennifer is good at making sure that she answers all the questions you have. She makes time and goes out of her way to make sure you are ok. She’s like the sister I’ve never had. Jennifer keeps you updated every time there’s a new update. Oh and I had an issue with insurance and Jennifer put out that fire in seconds. Overall as a new surrogate, I’m so far loving the experience with Jennifer at Gestational Concepts. Thank you sissy!

I want to start by saying that I have just completed my first Gestational Carrier journey and the entire process was amazing. Jennifer is my coordinator and was incredible throughout the entire process. From the beginning, she was professional and knowledgeable. She was so kind and understanding, always there to answer any and all of my questions so matter how silly I thought they were. From the moment I was matched, until even after I gave birth, she was there for me and I couldn't imagine going through another agency. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will 100% be continuing with Gestational Concepts as my agency for my future journeys.
