If I could rate the medical team separately from the billing department, they would receive completely different scores. Dr. Cooper is a saint and the clinical staff was nothing short of incredible. Every nurse, embryologist, and team member we encountered treated us with genuine compassion during one of the hardest experiences of our lives. We will always be grateful for the care they provided. Unfortunately, the billing experience overshadowed everything else. Fertility treatment is already emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting. Instead of feeling supported, we were met with WRECKLESS billing issues, confusion, and unnecessary stress that added to an already heartbreaking journey. The experience became so overwhelming that it has left us with what honestly feels like PTSD surrounding fertility treatment. We aren't even emotionally ready to look into another fertility clinic because of how difficult the financial side of this process became. No family pursuing fertility care should leave feeling this defeated by billing. I sincerely hope Kindbody invests as much into improving its billing department as it has into hiring such exceptional physicians and clinical staff. They deserve a system that reflects the quality of care they provide. To the medical team: thank you. You were angels, and we will never forget your kindness. I only wish the administrative experience had matched the extraordinary level of care you gave us.

No one wants to have to go through infertility treatments, but Kindbody made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Everyone who I encountered there from doctors, nurses, ultrasound techs, clerks and lab techs treated me with respect and empathy. They will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need, that you understand everything and to provide the best experience. I want to thank Dr. Rhee, and my nurse Mandy who were exceptional and helped me create my precious family. IVF is never fun, but it brought me the greatest joys of my life.

Going to a fertility clinic is something I never thought I’d have to experience but I’m so glad my insurance partnered with kindbody. The front desk ladies knew me by name and all of the ultrasound techs and nurses were great. Dr Kelsey Anderson was my doctor and so so empathetic and listened to what I wanted in my protocols and made adjustments to make it happen. Transitioning to my regular OB after having a successful transfer was so bittersweet because of how caring everyone at kindbody is. Already miss the team I had!

Kindbody took such great care of our family from diagnosis all the way through 10 weeks gestation. We felt informed and included at every step of the process, and the staff's compassionate, personal care made us so comfortable in a chaotic time. We learned so much from our amazing doctors and nurses and would definitely recommend Kindbody to anyone looking for a clinic to help bring their family dreams to life. Our fertility journey with Kindbody - St. Louis was fantastic in regards to the actual care we received. Dr. Rhee, NP Emily, other attending physicians who participated in my care, and my nurses were exceptional in helping us feel seen, heard, and ensuring the best care for us. When in person for direct care, I always felt like I was given compassion and 100% of their attention. I was given ample attention and time for questions throughout the whole process, quick responses within the portal and for phone calls. When emergencies or complications arose, it was clear that staff was doing their best to get me taken care of. I had to travel 2+ hours to this location due to insurance stipulations, and I felt the staff did the best they could to accommodate my needs for specific appointment times. We are so thankful for their help in getting us to our sweet girl who was born in January 2026. Most of our interactions with the billing department were great throughout the process. We paid for the services prior to any procedures and finished our care without a bill. We have had an issue with insurance and Kindbody billing approx 6 months after the process that is very frustrating as they are now stating we owe a large amount. However, everyone has been patient as we attempt to figure out a solution.
