Don't come to this fertility center. You have to wait for a long time before you have a chance to have a phone or video call, and then just a phone interview to find out if you smoke, drink, have a history of genetic diseases. There is only a few minutes without diagnosis, treatment, examination, or a confirmed next diagnosis and treatment time. Then you will receive a bill of $250. They can directly rob you of money, but still insist on sending you for a few minutes to chat awkwardly.

Love Dr. Gago and her staff they were really nice and answered every question I had. I’m 7 weeks pregnant thanks to them and I went to their offices a lot over the last 6 months from the egg retrieval unit the embryo implant every time I went I had an amazing experience. I’m sad not to go anymore but they did their job. I would recommend her to anyone looking to do IVF. You won’t regret it. 10 out of 10 the best.

Truly a bad experience. Multiple times situations made me end my treatment there - they changed my appointment locations the day before and send me to another place 30 miles away, they called me in for bloodwork but when I arrived they said my insurance (progeny) wouldn't cover it so I needed to go elsewhere (even though I called and confirmed this insurance before arriving), they sent me to a room and had me undress and had me wait there for over an hour without any explanation of what was being done.

My sister was referred to this place by her OBGYN, and instead of being a valuable, sensitive resource, approaching her questions with empathy, she was asked discouraging questions referring not to her and her needs, but her personal relationship status, asking about her husband and her husband’s needs. She was eventually steered away. The receptionist she spoke with was insensitive and unkind. Some feedback for your organization. Instead of asking antagonizing questions to people going through god knows what- perhaps learn how to approach potential customers with some compassion.

Great staff. Very kind and professional. Had my first meet with Dr. Stentz and I loved how she listened to my concerns, did not rush, was very encouraging and carefully created a plan of action for treatment.
