I would have given 5 stars as he was my doctor for 11 years. I'm sad to say I still see my insurance listed on accepted insurances. Towards the end it was hard to get ahold of anyone for medication refills I left a voicemail everyday for a week. In December i then received an email, it was said they no longer accepted my insurance but if I wanted to continue to see him I would have to pay out of pocket. An amount that just wasn't an option for me. I was heartbroken that I need to find a new Dr. Since he was like family and I trusted him. All the things we had gone through throughout the years. Unfortunately I think it was a polite/ rude email instead of outright saying we can no longer see you as a patient. I wish he had just told me himself.

I originally chose this doctor based on insurance limitations, despite some hesitation after reading other reviews. After spending about a year under his care for fibroids, I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and doubting myself. His bedside manner was consistently cold and made me feel more like a price tag than a patient. Every visit felt transactional rather than supportive, and I never felt genuinely listened to or cared for. I ultimately stopped seeing him right before I scheduled surgery because of the stress, hassle, and overall discomfort I felt. I’m now under the care of a different doctor who successfully completed my surgery, and the contrast has been night and day. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful I trusted my instincts. I’m sharing this because I hope it saves someone else the headache and heartache I went through when searching for help in such a vulnerable state. My experience left me with a lot of anxiety and wasted time and I would not recommend him based on what I went through.

Dr. Clark is a great doctor and I wish nothing but the best for him. However, communication is terrible at this office. I sent multiple messages in regards bleeding outside of my normal cycle and never got a response back. They need a better administration, otherwise this business will go downhill. I am definitely going somewhere else, where I can feel I do matter.

I was a patient with Dr. Brian Clark from Fall 2024-Spring 2025. He’s a great doctor. He knows what he’s doing and he makes sure to stay up to date on any and all research done for reproductive health and medicine. He tries to keep it as non-invasive as possible. I can see how his straight-forward way of communicating can be off putting to some, but he truly just wants to help families and add photos and stories to the wall of success in the office. However, I decided to switch to a practice located in a hospital because the timing at NERMAS was just not working out. I hope they have more employees at the front desk by now because it was very difficult to contact the office. The phone would go to voicemail and email responses would be anywhere from 24-72 hours out, and I’d have to send reminders to them often. It was hard scheduling appointments at the right time in my cycle because of their hours. Being closed on Fridays added more stress. I made my decision not to return when they prescribed an oral contraceptive because they would be out of the office that week. I felt like my cycle was becoming too much of an inconvenience. I wasn’t comfortable messing with my cycle when the trigger shot they prescribed had already thrown it off the previous month . This is just my personal experience. I know a lot of the patients have found success at Dr. Clark’s office. It can be the perfect place for others, just not for me.

I really don't know how anyone can give Dr Clark anything less than 5 stars. He's very thorough, honest, and truly loves being able to help women with their healthcare needs. He does all he can for his patients. I've had two surgeries by him and the most recent was the day before the 4th of July. He still called me to check in to see how I was doing. The only thing I don't like is that I now have no reason for him to treat me. He answered every question I had and was always very adamant about things being my choice. He's a great Dr. One of a kind for sure. And the receptionist Donna is a hoot! It's nice to go an appointment and have a few laughs beforehand. The whole staff there is amazing.
