I’ve had such a great experience at Pinnacle Dearborn. The nurses here are always kind, patient, and genuinely supportive, which makes every visit so much easier. I especially want to recognize Jessica, the nurse/phlebotomist. She is incredibly friendly and caring, and she’s the only person who has ever been able to draw my blood successfully on the very first attempt! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease, even when I’m nervous. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients. Thank you to Jessica and the entire staff for the amazing care and compassion you provide!

Our experience was amazing with them. They were attentive, considerate and overall very caring during this whole process. The attention to detail was on point in terms of any additional questions we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone going the IVF route.

What can I say about the team at IVF Michigan in Dearborn? EVERYTHING! They are outstanding. They are knowledgable and put simply, they know what they're doing. Dr. Star is one a kind, Julia in reception was ALWAYS able to help find an appointment that worked well for my schedule. She was always kind, quick to find a solution if I needed to come in for a last minute appointment or ultrasound. Jessica is hands down the nicest person I've ever met on the clinical side - I was so fearful of lab work prior to doing IVF and Jessica made it such a breeze for me to get my labs drawn, I no longer have a fear of needles. Dr. Star, the nursing staff, Julia, and Jessica were the reasons I was able to stay relaxed during the IVF process that brought us our healthy baby girl! THANK YOU!!!

I cannot say better things about Dr. Star and her staff at IVF Michigan in Dearborn. Dr. Star is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor whom my wife and I always felt comfortable with. She is smart and her bedside manner is spectacular. One of the true standouts is Julia at reception and Jessica in the lab. These two women changed our family's life. When you go through IVF, you are at the clinic a lot for exams, blood work, etc. and these two women greeted us with a smile every single day, were incredibly professional and always knew the answer to any question we asked them. Put simply, Jessica is the best phlebotomist we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is just good at her job, period, which makes life easier for patients on the other side going through it. Thank you Dr. Star, Jessica, and Julia at IVF Michigan in Dearborn!
