Ovation Fertility Grand Rapids

I haven’t experienced customer service like this in so long I can’t even remember when it last was. Tracy went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. The sense of urgency and detail and care was a breath of fresh air. Every person we interacted was so kind and personable, from the front desk, to the lab, to Tracy/checkout. I would recommend to anyone!

Since the Fertility Center sold their lab to Ovation, it has been a horrible experience. Ovation just bills you whatever they want, whenever they want. They don't tell you anything ahead of time, you just get a bill in the mail. I just received a bill 2 weeks ago from services a YEAR ago that I knew nothing about. While calling them to find out where this came from, they informed me they have another "pending" bill from a YEAR ago as well they haven't send yet. These bills add up to thousands of dollars I knew nothing about. Ovation uses IVF as a means to just bill people whatever and expect payment no questions asked. We had a good experience with the Fertility Center itself and we got our miracle son out of it. However, if you can find a different place to work with for IVF, do it because Ovation is an absolute nightmare.

This place is a joke. My fiance and I had some testing done with their lab and it has now been 3 weeks and we cannot get our results sent in a legible way to our doctor. I have left over 10 voicemails and called at least 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks and absolutely no response. Would recommend to stay as far away from this place as possible!

I spoke with Kimberly this morning over the phone. She was helpful with the information she provided and very easy to talk to and ask questions that is helping me to begin our journey with IVF.

Great service and the staff are super helpful. My wife and I had a mix up with a payment that got sent to collections, but we had some help from a the wonderful Tracy Curiel. She went way out of her way to help us with it and figure out the error. Got it all sorted thanks to her! 10/10
