Mrs. Cēzanne did such an amazing job she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before my departure. Her spirit brought me a lot of warmth and comfort during this difficult time and she was able to make me feel like I was a priority and this speaks volumes! She was very informative, and helped me to understand the fertility process I highly recommend her services and I look forward to receiving her care in the near future. Cēzanne you are truly a blessing and I appreciate you so much!

I don't have the words to express accurately how grateful I am to Shady Grove and to Dr. Chason and her team specially. I am currently writing this while my 5 month old daughter is busy napping away, and it's taken me that long, because there truly aren't words or thank you-s big enough to thank the team who helped bring your baby into the world. Dr. Chason was INCREDIBLE. She's kind, compassionate, invested in your care and extremely knowledgeable and those are just the highlights. My nurse Haley, was equally amazing. I never felt like a number at Shady Grove; the team shared in my disappointments and heartaches and celebrated with me when finally finally my greatest dream of being a Mom was coming true. EVERYONE at the Annapolis office was amazing. I also want to shout out my Financial Counselor, Latrice who was so helpful and I know answering questions about financing is not always the easiest. Thank you to everyone at Shady Grove for helping to bring the greatest gift of my life into the world.

I cannot thank Dr. Mae Healy and her team enough. She is, without question, the best and most compassionate doctor I have ever had. My victories were her victories and my losses her losses. I felt completely safe in her hands, and without her, I wouldn’t have my baby girl today. I also want to thank her incredible team, Katie, her nurse, and Toby who made sure every detail was seamless. In addition, I had a great experience with the front desk staff, nurses, and phlebotomists, who were always warm and kind during a difficult process. I was unsure at first whether to use a different clinic based on some not great reviews of SGF generally, but I’m so glad I trusted my gut and went with Dr. Healy’s team. I am forever grateful to them all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shady Grove Fertility in Annapolis and the entire team who helped make our dream come true. Dr. Chason is truly exceptional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always made me feel heard and supported throughout every step of the journey. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave realistic expectations, and never made me feel like “just another patient.” Haley and the rest of the nursing and support staff were equally amazing. They were always kind, responsive, and patient even during the most emotional and overwhelming moments. Their encouragement and care made such a difference. Fertility treatment can be a stressful and deeply personal experience, but this team created an environment where I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thanks to them, our baby girl arrived healthy, and we are forever grateful. I will never forget the role they played in helping us build our family.

We have been going to Shady Grove Fertility in Annapolis since July 2025. Ever since I stepped foot into this building, I immediately felt like I was at the right place. Dr. McKeeby is our doctor and he’s great. So are all the other staff members at this office: Janet, Kim and Court are always welcoming you with a smile! Brittany is one of the best technician nurses there are! I would 100% recommend Shady Grove in everyone’s fertility journey.
