I’m finally writing this review as we were successfully able to have a baby thanks to the amazing work of FCI! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Uhler is extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with. Patty, Kristy, Natalie, and Selena were also so supportive and fabulous to work with. The hours for many appointments being early in the morning were helpful to allow me to still go to work the same day. All instructions were clear and they were always responsive to clarify things if needed during the business hours. I am extremely glad I went with FCI!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Uhler and the entire team at FCI for their exceptional support throughout my fertility journey. I came to FCI after a very discouraging experience at another clinic that had made me doubt my own fertility and lose confidence in the process. From my very first consultation, Dr. Uhler approached my case with clarity, expertise, and a well-structured plan. She immediately started with the right steps, and thanks to her knowledge and guidance, I achieved a successful outcome in my very first embryo transfer. What truly sets Dr. Uhler apart is her experience and honesty. She knows exactly what she is doing — there is no unnecessary experimentation. She is practical, transparent, and realistic, never giving false hope but instead explaining everything upfront so you feel informed and confident at every stage. Today, she feels nothing less than a blessing in our lives. Words are not enough to thank her for helping us achieve our dream. I also want to sincerely appreciate my Nurse Jessi , who was always available to answer calls, respond to concerns, and provide reassurance whenever needed. Her kindness, responsiveness, and constant support made this journey much easier emotionally. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Uhler and the FCI team to anyone going through fertility treatment. You will be in truly capable and caring hands.

Janae in the phlebotomy lab was amazing. The whole staff was super friendly and polite but really had to give Janae a shout out for being over the top amazing during my visit. We laughed, I learned, and she made the blood draw process smooth.

After a 6 years of infertility, my husband and I decided to go to Fertility Center of Illinois, and choosing this clinic was the best decision we ever made. Our doctor was DR. Megan Sax, and I truly cannot put into words how calm, kind, patient, and compassionate she is.From our first appointment , Dr. Sax took the time to truly learn our story, answered all of our questions, and always gave us hope while still being honest and thoughtful.Every test and every part of the process was done with such care and attention. I trusted her completely- and that trust was rewarded when, just 9 months after meeting her, we became pregnant on our first IVF round.I also want to highlight the incredible nursing team at this clinic. They genuinely care about you. After every visit, they called to explain results clearly, followed up through the patient portal in a timely manner, and always made me feel supported and reassured. The embryologists and the entire team who handled my egg retrieval and embryo transfer were equally amazing-so warm, gentle, and caring. I was treated with kindness and positive energy at every step.Every single person I encountered made a difference in this journey. If you are considering IVF or IUI, I wholeheartedly recommended Dr.Megan Sax and Fertility Center of Illinois. She is an exceptional doctor, and I will never be able to thank her and the entire team enough for helping make our dream come true.

During such a high stress time throughout my IVF experience, knowing I was going into an office with ladies who always have a smile on their face and are willing to answer/help with any of my questions was such a relief. Whether it’s the nurses, ultrasound tech, phlebotomist, or the ladies at reception, they all made my experience so much easier and I always knew I was in good hands with the FCI Warrenville staff. I truly feel at home here and know I am in the best care possible. The best in the business!!!
