Ovation Fertility Indianapolis

My experience with Ovation lab has been great. Maya explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. She was more than happy to answer any questions I had, she is knowledgable and it was easy to get ahold of anyone there when I needed to. I feel they have handled everything with care.

Very unresponsive billing group that struggled to explain why insurance was being billed 5 months after the procedure when the package was paid up front. This bill was later passed onto me when insurance realized it shouldn’t have been billed. The lack of explanation leaves the impression that insurance was billed to get additional funds.

Well organized and very patient with everyone to discuss options they are interested in and best recommendations going forward.

All staff was helpful, kind, patient and made sure we knew what was going on. It’s an emotionally delicate process and they were so supportive in the process and took great care of our embryos! I can’t say enough good things!

The whole process is easy and well thought out. Every form, every visit, every detail is covered. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, helpful too! We see Dr. O’Leary and she is wonderful. We felt valued as patients. There were no surprise charges which is always awesome.
