Northwestern Medicine Center for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Highland Park

Not only did my first cycle with Northwestern end in complete failure, but I was not allowed to switch doctors, and although I was self pay, they keep DOUBLE BILLING my insurance which does not cover fertility and so I have bills and copays on top of self pay almost a year later. Lack of modern protocols, lack of compassion, long wait times and shady billing. Absolutely horrible.

Dr. Eve Feinberg was highly recommend from friends in the area and I am so so thankful I was able to get in to see her as my doctor. Other clinics in Chicago had said I was too old (35 yo at the time) to go through treatment and Dr Feinberg was cautiously optimistic. I am beyond grateful for her approach and our outcomes. This review is for the Highland park location specifically, the team there was incredible. Kristin L., the ultrasound tech has incredible bedside manner and the entire team there treats you with kindness and respect. The front desk team, the lab team, and the nurses here were great. Working in healthcare, it is very apparent to me when a team is present and actually cares about their patients and this one does. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at this office. They are efficient, friendly, and professional. Melissa Pessis, the fabulous nurse practitioner at this location has truly been a godsend for us. Her bedside manner is incredible and she is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Totally disappointed with this facility. I saw doctor Boots and she was not responsive & insensitive to my needs. Do not waste your time here.
