Deanna is excellent at her job! I love how every time I come in the door she greets me by name. She’s very friendly. Also, she was very helpful when I needed to make a weekend appointment in advance. She kept an eye out for me and let me know when a time I wanted opened up. She gave me call and booked it for me. I appreciate her kindness and dedication.

5-6-26- new updated review: I always look forward to having Kathy as my ultrasound tech. She is very personable. I love how she talks to me before, during, and after my ultrasound. She puts me at ease and makes me feel comfortable every time I go in for an appointment. I like how she uses encouraging words to let me know how things are progressing each time I go in. She takes her time with me and always answers my questions I may have. Excellent work!

Love FCI! They have made the experience and IVF process easy as it can be. It was always a nerve racking time going through appointments but I always loved seeing Kathy! She has almost always been my nurse for ultrasounds since we started the egg retrieval process all the way up to confirmation of pregnancy. They always make sure you feel like more of a patient than a number and your concerned are heard. All of the nurses and staff there have been nothing short of amazing! Will be back for round 2 down the road! 💕 I had some issues with billing along the way but Patti at Mokena helped me get to the bottom of it and resolved.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this one speaks volume. Kayli, nurse for Dr. Hobeika, and Kathy, sonographer, are more than just great smiles. They provide great experiences and are always a pleasure to speak with. The compassion they provide is unspeakable and unmatched. The love for their jobs shine brightly. This journey is not easy, but I am glad God placed them both in our lives for and during this journey. Kayli and Kathy, we would like to thank you both. Thank you! Also would like to thank Nicole, the phlebotomist, who makes my blood draws a breeze. I can’t forget the wonderful front desk staff that is always a pleasure to work with! Thank you Deanna, Sarahy, and Callie. This location operates as a team and I will be forever grateful. Thank you all!

FCI Mokena truly is exceptional! Since I started my journey there in 2021, the team has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to their support, I welcomed my little man in April 2024, and I'm excited for my second blessing due in June. The staff is incredibly informative and guiding throughout the fertility process. A special shoutout to Dimples at the front desk, my Nurse Michelle, Ultrasound Tech Kathy, and Dr. Hobeika for their friendliness and support. I highly recommend this office to anyone on a similar journey!
