I haven’t been in years but I’m still scared from the experience, I had to have a colposcopy by Victoria and I left in an insane amount of pain and bleeding profusely. I had been scared to get one since but I had one this past summer and the experience was night and day. I’m shocked this office is still open and I hope my review prevents trauma for any future patients.

I saw Victoria over a year ago, and it has taken me a long time (and finally finding a compassionate, competent doctor) to realize just how inappropriate and dismissive this visit was. At the time, I had not had a period in over three years and came in seeking help for hormonal issues. Instead of taking my concerns seriously or ordering any kind of diagnostic tests (no internal exam, no ultrasound, nothing), Victoria focused entirely on my weight — which wasn’t even in a “morbidly obese” range. She went as far as drawing a “diagram” to explain why, in her words, “hormones have a harder time traveling when you’re fat.” The diagram was literally a square (representing me) with a spiral inside it. She then talked about how fit and successful her children are and told me to eat less pizza and ice cream — foods I don’t even eat regularly. I left that appointment feeling embarrassed, ashamed, and convinced that everything wrong with my body was somehow my fault. I blamed myself for years, and now that my new doctor is finally taking my symptoms seriously, I can’t help but worry about what damage may have been done or if this delay could affect my fertility. My current doctor was shocked that no one had ever done a basic internal exam or ultrasound. She’s now working with me to find answers — something that should have started a long time ago. This experience left me feeling unheard and deeply discouraged. Please stay away, especially if you are overweight or struggling with hormonal or reproductive issues. You deserve a provider who listens and treats you with respect, not one who shames you or dismisses your symptoms.

Doctor Victoria is absolutely amazing. My experience was very individualized, efficient and professional. I’m eager for my future visits and her expertise. Schedule the consultation, you won’t be disappointed.

Victoria made an appointment that would normally bring me anxiety and a little fear very comforting. I felt heard and supported, even at my first visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a provider, as this was a wonderful experience for me.
