I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jay, my ultrasound technician throughout my time at FCI. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely supported during such a special and emotional time. Jay is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain what she is seeing, answer questions, and ensure every detail is carefully checked. Her professionalism and expertise always gave me confidence that I was receiving the very best care. What truly sets Jay apart is her kindness and compassion. She has a warm, calming presence that immediately puts you at ease, and she treats every patient with genuine care and respect. She made each ultrasound appointment something I looked forward to, and she helped make my pregnancy journey even more memorable.

All of the staff at the Vernon Hills office are incredible. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Special shout-out to Jay for always being so friendly and supportive during ultrasounds! Angel was also so incredible and made every blood draw easy!

Angel and Jay are absolutely amazing at what they do. I usually get really uncomfortable when having my blood drawn, but Angel makes the entire experience so smooth and easy. I never even feel the needle, which honestly never happens for me. Both Angel and Jay are so kind, professional, and reassuring—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for their care!

I recently started going to the FCI-Vernon Hills clinic. Jay was the most kind and gentle with my ultrasound. Angel was also incredibly gentle and clear, as my phlebotomist she I hardly felt a thing! I'm very grateful for such understanding and patient experienced staff. From the front desk, to the nurses, the doctors and the techs, we are very happy with our choice of clinic!

staff at fci are all nice and kind. the communication is easy and efficient. Jay is the best ultrasound tech i ever had. shes very patient and gentle, ease my nervous and make me feel comfortable during the visit. Angel from lab also very nice, the blood draw process is always quick and painless. and dr hobeika is very knowledgeable, answer my questions and concerns. when i was stressful and had doubts he gives me the confidence to move forward with plans. this journey wasn’t easy, thank you fci team for your support!
