Kindbody – Swansea

This clinic is great. They are very flexible and able to get you in and out for your routine testing fast. The hours allow me to get my frequent testing done before work even starts, so I don’t have to use up sick time benefits. The staff are kind and friendly. The receptionist remembers your name and will have you checked in right when you walk in the door. They are gentle and empathetic when you are going through the tough days during your fertility journey. The phlebotomists are pros and are able to draw blood with only one stick, even though I’ve been told I have difficult veins. I’m so grateful that I’m working with such a great office for this extremely difficult IVF process.

Everyone I have worked with so far on this journey has been so kind and helpful. I just had my first IUI with Kindbody and I felt comfortable, not rushed, and heard with all the questions I have. This company sees everyone as a patient and not as a payment.

My husband & I absolutely love the Swansea location! When we started our IVF journey in 2023 I was terrified. However, all of the girls at Swansea eased my fears & made this process fun for us. They are friendly, kind, go above & beyond to help and feel more like family.

My husband and I worked with Kindbody at Swansea, IL in 2024 to start our family. We did IUI and then transitioned to IVF. We worked with Dr. Cooper, who was such an amazing doctor, we knew we were in good hands. All the nurses at Kindbody were truly kind and helpful! Response time via the online portal was prompt and comprehensive. They made everything to smooth and calming. We are excited to work with Kindbody again when we want to expand our family. We are so grateful that with their help our dreams came true with our daughter, Darcy.

Always greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is always energetic and welcoming. They are very personable and make you feel comfortable and not like just another patient. Front desk, lab tech, and ultrasound techs are AMAZING. Love the Swansea crew! Dr. Amber Cooper is incredible at what she can do.
