Midwest Sperm Bank

I called this morning and sadly I used this bank before in the past and the person that answered the phone this morning was very rude and told me what different do it make if the business is ran out of a house a business is a business someone needs to really look into this and close them down because whatever is going on here is not legal and this person should be tossed in Jail

Went to purchase an IUI catheter for an at home insemination. To say the least it was a very odd experience. The address online is not the actual address.. when I asked to pick up the catheter they gave me another address that directed me to a sketchy house in a neighborhood.. the lady saw me pull up, met at the door as I walked up, shut the door behind her and handed me the envelope with it. It was a very sketchy encounter. I asked where the sperm bank was and she said inside the house… what??? The girl was very nice and gave great info on the phone but the physical place is very sketchy and odd for a sperm bank. Gave me creepy vibes. I wouldn’t order sperm from here just because this is not normal to have this in a home and it looked very dirty. I also didn’t like how they made me provide my social security number.

Very friendly staff and was able to find the perfect donor. My husband is infertile but I have no fertility issues so we chose an at home procedure. We were able to ask lots of questions and get good direction and instructions from the website and the office staff. I am now 21 weeks pregnant and planning for our first child!

Place feels like a scam. They got my documents then refused to pick up the phone when i called , ignoring voicemails. Just terrible communication. If someone does not get in contact soon I will be filing a lawsuit since they have all my person info (ssn, address, card info, etc) and refuse to get back in contact

I spoke to Mary today and asked some advice on the start up process. Mary was beyond helpful, patient and knowledgeable of all the help that I needed. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but as everyone should, I decided to call with an open mind in hopes to receive a positive experience. I definitely had a good experience while working with Mary. I can't wait to begin moving forward with the process in the near future!
