The Gift of Surrogacy

Gift Of Surrogacy is really a god send. My husband and I have experienced infertility issues for 6 years and had gone through 2 unsuccessful Surrogate processes in the midwest. I found Alicia's website and reached out to her with our story. She immediately sent me an e-mail with a number of wonderful candidates for surrogacy for us. We are located in Missouri, our doctor is in Chicago and working with Alicia and her agency in Idaho. So many pieces and moving parts. We were matched with a wonderful young lady, right away. (we already had 5 embryos frozen in Chicago and completed all of our blood work and evaluations) Essentially, we were ready to go and just needed a Surrogate. Unfortunately, our first Surrogate, ended up not being able to continue, but due to the unlimited match policy, Ally matched us with an Angel. She and her family are absolutely fantastic! We have been to Idaho many times during the pregnancy for doctor's appts and to visit our surrogate. We really formed a bond and our families have eaten many meals together and spending significant time together, just as the pandemic was occurring. Ally was able to help where we had questions, but also just let us work together and if we needed her, we would reach out to her. Very pleasant and seamless process. Her response time is immediate and pretty much seemed 24/7. We have a perfect 7 month old son. We are now, wanting to complete a sibling journey with our previous surrogate and will be working through that process with Ally. My wife and I finally made the decision to do surrogacy. It wasn’t easy for us we went through a lot of loss. We are doing our journey through alicia because of all the good things we have heard. My friend Natallie referred us here and I’m happy to have finally picked a place my wife and I are both comfortable at.

BEWARE. We used the Gift of Surrogacy and Alicia to deliver our son via GC. My experience was terrible, traumatic and deeply disturbing. The issues were so profound that I probably can't fit them all in this review. They included: dropping every ball possible, from helping us to establish legal contracts, to sending us a grossly out of date and medically inaccurate surrogate profile, to lying about our surrogates psych eval (never happened & she pocketed the money), to completely disappearing once we were matched (we never heard from Alicia proactively post match again -- that's 11 WHOLE months), to issuing recommendations that outright contradicted medical advice and put our child's health at risk... I strongly recommend you search the Facebook group "Surrogacy Agency Reviews" for many, many other experience similar to ours. We were lucky we even got matched. According to other reviews, she pockets money and never matches intended parents.You can also look up how many times she's been sued in Boise public record.

Alicia is an immaculate woman to work with! If I could give her more than a five star rating, I would! Her ability to juggle and push forth to ensure a safe and successful surrogacy is beyond measurable. Undoubtedly she works day in and day out to be available for all parties and she is most relatable due to her caring heart. It goes without a doubt or question in mind that I trust her with each journey and would recommend her. Thank you for everything, you’re a pleasure to work with.

We have now used this agency for three different journeys over the years - two of the babies were born and one is still on the way. And we had a great experience each time. We first heard of this agency and Alicia from a friend. We had already gone through a surrogacy journey with another agency in Texas and had a good experience. Alicia had a surrogate who was available more quickly, so we went with her. We found her to be open, willing to share all necessary information about her surrogates, and supportive throughout the process. She always responded quickly in any scenario when we had a question or needed her to explain the next step or help us, say, find a lawyer or figure out how to manage an unexpected situation. We live in the NYC area, so getting to Idaho is not always quick and easy. But the benefits that this agency offers easily outweigh that challenge. When it came time to do journeys #3 and #4, working with Alicia again was the obvious choice. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
