Reviews
I do not recommend Brown Fertility at all. They are very unorganized, unsupportive and made our start to the fertility journey terrifying. We had 2 no show appointments where the doctor never joined the video call (already paid for) and was told they were late that day. We rescheduled over and over just for a 2 minute call. We cannot get ahold of a copy of my spouses sperm test results after asking so many times. There’s always an excuse and no compassion for the difficult journey. We switched to another fertility clinic not associated with Brown at all and it’s been smooth and a great process.
We were referred to Brown fertility by our OBGYN. Initially I was a little put off by our doctors bluntness on our first visit, but we decided to continue with Brown. After multiple tests, Brown referred us to a wonderful surgeon after several fibroids had been found. After my fibroids were removed we needed to wait 3 months before trying to conceive and due to my age Brown recommended we still seek assistance with them when we were ready to try to conceive. We were recommended to try 3 rounds of IUI first, after 2 failed rounds of IUi we decided that we would prefer to talk about moving onto IVF, during this time we fell pregnant and didn't need to move forward with any other treatments. Although we didn't get pregnant with the treatments we had, we would like to thank Brown fertility for their assistance as without them we wouldn't have a beautiful little girl. Our journey started in April 2024 and we were very fortunate to welcome our baby girl into the world in December 2025. We found that the staff were very friendly and professional and would recommend them to others who are struggling to have a family.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I can not stress enough - go ANYWHERE else. I have seen first hand how this clinic has gone down hill over the last 10+ years. I was blessed with 2 daughters at the beginning of our journey and then faced nothing but heartbreak and constant turmoil with this clinic over the last 3 years. After our second failed transfer and 4 embryos later, I begged for more testing or a change in protocol and I was met with complete disregard and dismissal. I was told "just keep transferring, one is bound to take"... great advice for a so called "expert" right? We got down to our last 2 embryos and after I had to fight for even a longer Lupron protocol, I sought a second opinion with another specialist in town. In hopes he would let me transfer my embryos to his facility to do a transfer he let me know that no one in town would actually touch any embryos from Brown Fertility because of their lab and lack of qualifications they have to meet... that should tell you everything you need to know. I had my hands tied and no other choice but to transfer my last 2 and of course.. unsuccessful. But I only know that because I tested at home day of beta because it's now after 5 pm and I have yet to receive a phone call with results. When I tell you to RUN.. go anywhere else. Seriously. They need to change their phone recording because COMPASSIONATE is the absolute last thing that they are. 10 embryos and 2 live births... well under the national average.
Exceptional experience from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, clear, and very reassuring. Daniela, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind and patient, she even helped my husband overcome his fear of needles. We left feeling supported and confident in our care. Highly recommend!
I first heard about Brown Fertility from my primary care doctor. She knew my husband and I had decided to want more children after I had my tubes tied from a previous marriage. So, going to Brown I got to explore all my options and it was all explained in very detail. We chose to do IVF, along with testing our embryos for abnormalities, to have a FET. The providers and nurses were extremely helpful and positive during the entire process. I was able to ask all my questions at any time and if I needed a demonstration for injections they were there. I couldn’t believe how smooth and easy the process was for getting started, attending appointments, getting information, doing my injections, and just doing what I needed. We were blessed with my egg retrieval and later on my embryo transfer that we now have two handsome twin boys. I’m forever appreciative for Dr Brown and his team. A wonderful doctor with a beautiful, sweet, and kind hearted team! Everyone I met was sweet and uplifting. I highly recommend Brown Fertility to help conceive your beautiful miracle(s)!!
