The Reproductive Medicine Group: Goodman Sandy B MD

I have had an extremely negative experience with this office and would not recommend their services. First, I continue to receive bills for services that do not belong to me and for which I am not responsible. Despite repeated attempts to have these errors corrected, the charges remain and the billing harassment continues. Second, during my scheduled HSG testing, I arrived expecting my treating physician to be present. After I had already been undressed and prepared for the procedure, I was abruptly informed that it would be performed by a male doctor I had never met. This was not only uncomfortable but also highly unprofessional, and I was never informed in advance of this change. Given the sensitive nature of the procedure, this was unacceptable and a violation of my trust as a patient. To make matters worse, I never once met Dr. Goodman in person, despite him being listed as my doctor. The lack of bedside manner, communication, and professional courtesy was appalling. I am currently consulting with legal counsel due to the severity of these issues. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and proper communication—none of which I received here

Dr Goodman was very nice but after surgery she didn't want anything to do with me. The manager at the Fletcher office was very rude and did not want to listen to my concerns. I had surgery and was calling multiple times a day to get to someone and no one return my calls for medication or what to do. She told me they were taking care of it and nobody ever called me back. There’s no compassion or care for patients in need. I would not recommend coming here.

Dr Goodman is very caring and compassionate. She puts in an effort to get to know her patients. I actually have another OBGYN and was referred to Dr Goodman because I was having difficulty conceiving. She has completed many of my reproductive testing and successfully completed surgery on me. It was the first surgery that I have ever had and Dr Goodman and staff were beyond great! I have a follow-up 72 hours after surgery and I am seriously considering making Dr Goodman my OBGYN since wevew come this far together. I will follow up with the secondary post after I see the results.

My husband and I will always have a special place in our hearts for Dr.Goodman and the staff at Reproductive Medicine Group. The doctors and staff are highly skilled, efficient and compassionate. The staff was very communicative and VERY patient with me and I wouldn’t say I am the easiest going of patients. Dr. Goodman always made sure that we understood our options and explained what she felt was the best course of action based on her experience. My husband was a patient of Dr. Heidenberg who happens to be married to Dr. Goodman. We feel that the communication between the offices and this husband and wife team was absolutely key in the success of our fertility treatment. Saying thank you just is not enough Dr. Goodman. Thank you for our son Sebastian, our unborn child due next June, and for allowing us to be apart of this beautiful and rewarding thing called parenthood.

I just want to say how grateful I am for finding Dr. Goodman! After many years of miscarriages she was able to help me! She found a septum and polyp in my uterus. She did a hysteroscopy to remove the polyp and septum! The surgery was painless and the recovery time was nothing! I am now successfully pregnant. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Goodman and her wonderful staff! I would recommend Dr Goodman to anyone she is a great surgeon and such a wonderful caring person who truly cares for her patients! Thank you!
