By the time I learned about Bloom Fertility and heard all the amazing recommendations about them, I had already paid for my treatment at another clinic and was unable to switch because I would not have received a refund. For that reason, I had to wait until my embryos were created before transferring my care to Bloom Fertility. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Sue and the entire staff are truly exceptional. Their communication is outstanding, they are always available to answer questions, and they genuinely care about their patients. I can honestly say that Bloom Fertility is the best fertility clinic. I am willing to travel more than 12 hours for my procedure because the level of care, professionalism, and compassion they provide is absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dr. Sue and the entire team, for making this journey so much easier and giving me so much confidence and hope. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bloom Fertility has been the most wonderful care partner throughout a tough fertility journey. Each staff member is kind, thoughtful, patient and thorough. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it quickly. These times can be extremely ambiguous with a lot of questions or curiosities but with Bloom they are quick to calm your nerves and get you the right answers/resources. Their turnaround through the patient portal and phone calls is the best customer experience I have ever received. You feel like you have a team when working with Bloom. My favorite part is they love what they do. Beyond the excellent clinical staff, Dr Carpenter is by far the most knowledgeable and personable doctor I have ever been around. She is honest and always there to help educate or give her best guidance. She shows empathy, while encouraging her patients each step of the way. I could not recommend this practice and team more!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bloom! From the moment we walk in, every member of the staff is kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which makes such a difference during this journey. Dr. Carpenter stands out for being incredibly patient, attentive, and caring. We are extremely thankful for Dr. Carpenter and her staff at Bloom Fertility. From the very first visit, Dr. Carpenter made us feel like she genuinely cared about us and our journey. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, extremely caring and always takes time to explain everything. All of her staff are also very caring and professional. Navigating this path can be overwhelming and stressful, but the entire Bloom team created an environment that felt calm, respectful, and encouraging every step of the way. We were particularly impressed by their use of innovative care options and the way every detail was explained clearly so we always knew what to expect. We never felt rushed or like just another number. We also love the portal and quick responses. Hands down, this is the best fertility clinic in Georgia. I would highly recommend them to any family without any reservation.

This clinic is truly the best. They’re so supportive and thoughtful through each and every step during the IVF/IVC process and infertility journey. Extremely quick to get back to us and answer all of our questions or concerns. The team is unlike any other and we’re so grateful for each one of them. After three years of trying to conceive, we found Bloom and became aware of the process called INVOcell which the world never talks about but we are ever so grateful to have discovered it and Bloom Fertility.
