In 2019 I utilized this clinic for 2 rounds of IVF. We never made it to the insemination because the eggs either fertilized and failed or failed to fertilize. We had to sign up for the tesse procedure do to the fact my companion had a vasectomy 20 years earlier. I also paid for a vial of anyonymous donor sperm they had on hand if his sperm was not viable. On the 2nd failed round my partner asked to see his sperm report, which took a few days to release, report read: "little to no viability". Why they chose to continue with the procedure using his sperm the 2nd time is well beyond me... deceptive and a complete lack of interest or care in their practice. I was 41 at the time, I was also told I had a 1% chance of a live birth. Update: now the mother of a healthy and happy 2 year old, who i had at 46 with 0 complications. I conceived using acupuncture, herbs and a kind donor. Would not recommend.

Where science and compassion are at the forefront of everything FIRM does! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Erb and her amazing team! I am so thankful for everything they were able to do for my family and cannot recommend them enough!

We originally started the IVF process with another huge name in town and they just felt like a cash grab factory. We were exhausted and deflated when we found FIRM (Baptist downtown Jax), and are so grateful! Dr. Erb was attentive, professional and highly knowledgeable about our specific case. We are so thankful for her. Pam (our IVF coordinator) was an absolute gem, she was highly responsive and answered all of our paranoid calls with kindness. The entire team from front desk to the lab techs were kind and helpful. The IVF process can be emotionally and physically taxing - we are so thankful for this team to guide us. It has resulted in a beautiful, healthy baby boy.

I came to FIRM after starting at another highly known practice in town after feeling very uncomfortable with them. I met with Dr Gentry for a consultation that she kept (changed to virtual) even though she was sick and about to go home for the day. Since then at each appointment she presented me with information that was clear and evidence based which helped me understand this whole crazy process. I had multiple procedures including a hysteroscopy, HSG, IUIs and finally IVF. During each procedure I was treated with genuine care and compassion. This process has been so difficult but I felt that Dr Gentry and Pam and the rest of the staff were truly my cheerleaders and were just as excited when I finally became pregnant with my sweet baby boy. I would highly recommend.
