Brown Fertility

Aside from Hannah Hart there is not a single competent person in the entire office. No one ever answers the phone either, no call backs, or they’ll answer and hang up with you. It started off about 2.5 years ago they had me do the genetic testing, then send the labs to a provider outside of my network. I get billed for $1500, they don’t inform ahead of time the plan they are sending out to, is out of my network. I stopped treatments after this, and I decided to stop using Brown. 6 months ago , I get a referral from my OB for a complimentary semen analysis for my husband, we decide to give them another shot. They CALL numerous times to schedule it so we do, family emergency comes up so we cancel and tell them we will call back to schedule. We call back and the person scheduling is arguing saying we have no referral, despite them constantly calling us about one in the past. After 20 minutes of explaining sh books it. When then wake up early in the morning to go to the appointment, they have us booked for an initial exam. And once again debating the referral, dispite me having proof of the referral, and everything to prove it. They finally just dismiss us and say he can go for the analysis but we’d have to figure out the billing. The entire thing was stressful so my husband couldn’t even give a sample. Again we go back and try to book it, once again they have no clue of a referral, argue about it and have not a single clue until Hannnah steps in and helps. Even then they still had no clue. He goes in and does the sample, at his appointment. A few days pass so we follow up, and they say the results hasn’t been posted and it takes 10-14 days after the initial appointment. So I call my OB to reschedule my appointment for the follow up that required my husbands results. 3.5 more weeks pass and still nothing, I call again and they say the results had been processed the SAME DAY he went in for the appointment. Wasted my time, uncessarily rescheduled appointments when the r results were there the entire time. No one called or anything. No one has a clue. I would recommend just avoiding this place at all costs. I’ve had nothing but issues.

Dr Brown and his coordinator Chelsea were incredible throughout my journey!! I highly recommend them to anyone trying to conceive! Great communication and bedside manner! They answer any and all questions that you may have! I’m expecting my baby girl in January!!

I cannot say enough incredible things about the clinical team at Brown Fertility. From the very beginning, we were met with unwavering support, compassion, and genuine empathy. Every step of the journey felt guided and intentional because of the care they provided. Christine, Dr. Brown, and Mikel Jean were absolutely exceptional. They were not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient—always taking the time to answer every single question we had, no matter how big or small. They made what can be an overwhelming process feel manageable and supported. Throughout our entire experience—from egg retrieval to testing and transfer—we felt truly cared for. The level of communication, attention to detail, and emotional support they provided made all the difference for us. I would recommend this clinical team over and over again without hesitation. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group of professionals to walk alongside us during such an important journey.

The staff here were so kind and wonderfully supportive. We never felt like we were just patients—we were treated like family. For going through such an emotional and physically challenging process, they made us feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. If you are experiencing infertility issues, I cannot say enough nice things about Brown.

Fertility struggles are such a sensitive and emotional topic, and everyone I’ve interacted with here truly understands that. Hearing, “this is not your fault,” along with clear, fact-based explanations, has been so reassuring and empowering. I’m a very nervous person with a lot of anxiety around anything medical, especially new procedures. Whether it was bloodwork or my HSG, each nurse went out of their way to comfort me and ease my mind. I never felt rushed—quite the opposite. Every appointment, I’ve spent about an hour in the office, having all my questions answered in detail and leaving with a clear game plan. The consistent follow-ups from their team to make sure I feel confident and comfortable with each next step have meant so much to me. Although I can’t speak to the outcome yet, I’m extremely happy with my experience so far. If you’re considering fertility care, I wholeheartedly recommend Brown Fertility and Dr. Brown. They have made an overwhelming journey feel hopeful and supported.
