Brown Fertility

This clinic has been my greatest blessing on my infertility journey. Thanks to Dr. Brown's incredible team, I had a beautiful baby girl on my first try, and today I am so grateful to be pregnant again with my second child. The entire staff was always attentive and guided me step by step, kind and professional, especially my coordinator, Deborah, who is amazing. The new Tampa clinic is BEAUTIFUL, and what I love most is the instrumental music that brings such incredible peace. I recommend Brown Fertility 100%. Thank you, Dr. Samuel Brown, for making my dreams come true.

I usually go to the winter garden office. Today was my first time in this office and my experience was excellent. My other two transfers felt chaotic, stressful, and a little rushed. This one at the Tampa office was calm, encouraging, and just tranquil. The team communicated with me, was supportive and kind, and took time to check on me and make sure I understood everything.

We had the best experience at Brown fertility. We were at a different group and switched to brown and got pregnant after 4 years of infertility. Erica the PA is awesome and she’s a jack of all trades. She does everything from procedures to your ultrasounds and she’s there every step of the way. Deborah the nurse was amazing as well and always reassured me when I had doubts. Thankful for brown fertility and helping us get our miracle.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Brown Fertility. I had an appointment scheduled for an HSG, which is already a stressful and time-sensitive procedure, yet I was left waiting for over an hour with no communication or updates from staff. Sitting there that long, especially for something as physically and emotionally uncomfortable as an HSG, felt incredibly inconsiderate. What made it worse was the lack of transparency—no one explained the delay, checked in, or provided an estimated wait time. To make matters even more uncomfortable, while I was waiting I could clearly hear a doctor loudly discussing specific OB-GYN groups illegally manipulating referrals and sending patients to Shady Grove. The conversation shifted into marketing tactics, but to me it’s pretty clear why doctors might prefer to send their patients to Shady Grove…Hearing this kind of discussion within earshot of patients felt unprofessional and added to an already stressful situation. When I approached the receptionist about my delay nearly 50 minutes in, she seemed surprised that I hadn’t been taken back yet. About 25 minutes later, I was finally brought back, asked to undress from the waist down, and left waiting again. As I was escorted toward the X-ray room, it became clear the team was not prepared for my procedure. I watched staff scramble to set up the equipment while I sat exposed and waiting nearby, which only added to my discomfort and frustration. One nurse was kind, apologetic, and acknowledged the situation, which I truly appreciated. However, that was the only moment where my experience felt recognized. When you’re dealing with fertility issues, every appointment matters. Patients deserve empathy, professionalism, and respect for their time and dignity. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling, communication, and overall professionalism so other patients don’t have to go through a similar experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Brown Fertility in Tampa. From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to explain each step of the process and always answered my questions with patience and compassion. The nurses and doctors treated me like a person, not just a patient, and that made all the difference during such an emotional journey. I’m deeply grateful for their expertise, empathy, and dedication. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility care.
