From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and supported. Cortney was always so caring at every appointment, helpful, and compassionate, and made every visit a positive experience. The entire team created such a comforting environment during a very important chapter of our life. I’m incredibly thankful for the care and encouragement I received along the way. Also a big Thank you to Amber for always answering my millions of questions with so much patience and kindness. She was always there after every appointment checking in on us to help, reassure us, and make us feel supported throughout the entire process. Everyone I encountered at SGF-St Pete was incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate. Dr Sprague was very informative (in a way that someone new to IVF could understand), understanding, and accommodating to my special request of a modified natural cycle. She - along with my amazing nurse Katie - made sure I understood each step of the process and felt as comfortable as possible. My nurse Katie and financial educator Anne were also extremely supportive. They helped answer all of my questions and kept me on track to meet my cycle timelines for egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and everything in between. Draco made me feel comfortable during blood draws and was always welcoming and easy to talk to. I am now 16.5 weeks pregnant after experiencing recurrent miscarriages from natural pregnancies, and I am forever grateful to Dr Sprague and the SGF team!

My wife and I had an incredible experience with Shady Grove Fertility, and we truly cannot say enough positive things about the entire team. From the very beginning Dr. Sprague took the time to thoughtfully create our plan and stayed in close communication with us every step of the way. We always felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff at both the St. Pete and Tampa offices were nothing short of amazing, but the St. Pete office ( our home office) holds a special place in our hearts. From the moment we stepped in the building we were always met with smiles. I am not great with needles and had to go through quite a few, but Draco always made both me and my wife laugh and helped ease any stress we were feeling. A VERY special thank you to our fertility nurse coordinator, Amber Graham. She was there for us through both the good days and the hard days, always patient, kind, and incredibly supportive. Her communication and care meant the world to us. This team truly goes above and beyond. While we are sad to be leaving, we are overjoyed to have graduated from the program and to be expecting out first child. We would wholeheartedly recommend Shady Grove Fertility to any individual or couple on their family planning journey. Thank you for everything, you have changed our lives. I would give 10 stars if possible! The entire staff that my husband and I have encountered are all fantastic. With fertility being such a sensitive subject, Dr. Sprague and her staff are the best at patient care and making you feel comfortable. They walk you though every step thoroughly and are very knowledgeable. The additional support from Katherine S., our patient care coordinator, really enhances the entire experience. Any questions or concerns we had, she was always quick to respond or be in touch with, and guide us through each step with total clarity. Thank you!!
